Pros:

Die Lage gleich beim BEEF Platz mit U-Bahn und Bus und mitten im Gewusel fand ich super. Das Zimmer war gross und sauber, die Reinigungskraft sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Da ich lange unterwegs bin habe ich einiges dabei. Wie in den meisten Hotels bisher fehlen Möglichkeiten zum Verstauen. Den Koffer habe ich über Nachttisch und Kofferhalter gelegt. So war er halt immer ein wenig im Weg.

The hotel is very well situated but the accommodation was very well priced but tired.
Pros:

Awesome proximity to BiFF, Jagalchi Fish Market, Gukje Market, as well as being right on the main road with lots of great restaurants right outside the door. Everything you want to see is within easy walking distance including the Lotte Mall which is an easy 10 min stroll. Taxis are often parked just in front which makes it super easy to get anywhere further, like tours which often have their pickup points just straight down the road close to Busan Station.

Cons:

It’s not a particularly nice entrance and you’re assailed by an unpleasant odor which we assume is coming from vents for the KFC next door when you walk in or out. The hotel is a bit tired. The bed is very hard. Checking in, the lady clerk was rather surly as well. The windows are filthy and there was a tear in the sheets.

Pros:

The location of this hotel was great. It was right around the corner from BIFF and very close to Jagalchi as well. The bus stop across the street was well serviced, meaning you could get to most paces in Busan from a bus there or one short transfer.

Cons:

The hotel was slightly rundown. From first glance things looked fine but as you looked closer, you could see there were dings on the walls, and tape holding things together. The carpet in our room also constantly sounded like it was crinkling as we walked or rolled our luggage along it. The elevators were also in "well used" shape and would occasionally make weird noises. Lastly, the room keys had our room number taped to them. As a female travelling, that never feels great due to security reasons, e.g. if I drop it in BIFF someone could pick it up and know what hotel name and room number the key opened.

立地。南浦やチャガルチ、国際市場などで買い物や食事をしてすぐにホテルに戻ることができるところ。地下鉄駅も近い。

Cons:

気になった点が複数あります。壁が薄いのか、とにかく隣の部屋や廊下の声、上の部屋の歩く音が気になりました。エアコンや冷蔵庫のうなり音も大きく、毎日熟睡できず。シャワールームの水で足マットはベチャベチャになります。コンセントは日本の物が使えないのでSEタイプまたはCタイプが必要（フロントで貸し出しあるようです）、USBの充電口もありませんでした。部屋の掃除を依頼しましたが、初日はタオルの交換やゴミ捨てがなされていませんでした。パジャマ代わりのガウンは丈が短すぎてそのままでは着れません。持参することをお勧めします。ハンガーも少ないと口コミで見たので持参しました。エレベーターは古く、夜は15階にあるカラオケ利用の酔客も乗り込み、女性１人では不安になりました。また一階の入口（ホテル内）に吐瀉物があり、朝まで掃除がされていませんでした。

The air conditioning above the bed suddenly pour water to my face in the middle of the night. After room was changed, there were problem with toilet and it’s not flushing properly. We were only there for two nights thankfully
