5泊しましたが、男性スタッフお二人の対応がとても良く、日本語も堪能でした。
立地も良く、1階にコンビニがあるのも便利でした。

Cons:

スイートルームはかなり騒がしかったです。事前に上の階がカラオケである旨の案内はいただいていましたが、高齢の父との宿泊のため、広さを優先して予約しました。
また、トイレの流れが悪く、他の方の口コミにもある通り、下水の匂いも気になりました。

13階以下の部屋を指定して、また泊まりたいです。
Pros:

地下鉄駅、バス停、買い物、食事、全てが便利。1階にwowpass機、コンビニがあり、ロッテマートも徒歩圏内。タクシー乗り場も正面にあります。フロントスタッフさん達は日本語OK。清掃も十分清潔。

Cons:

泊まった13階スィートは、ホテルから事前連絡と朝食サービスをもらってましたが、確かに14階カラオケの音が響きました。毎晩疲れて爆睡したから気になりませんでしたが、静寂を求める人は避けた方が良いです。

トイレは、トイレットペーパーを流して良かったのですが、水圧が弱く、詰まってしまった。
