Ein historisches Hotel mit eigenem Charme und wunderbarer Gastfreundschaft
Pros:

Ich bin aus der Schweiz angereist und fühle mich in diesem wunderschönen, familiengeführten Hotel rundum wohl. Das ganze Haus ist von einer charmanten Patina geprägt, die seine Geschichte spürbar macht und ihm seinen ganz eigenen Charakter verleiht. Die Einrichtung ist traditionell und nicht modern – genau das macht für mich einen grossen Teil der authentischen Atmosphäre aus. Gleichzeitig gibt es neue Smart-TVs und sehr gutes Internet. Die Betten sind sehr komfortabel und angenehm.

Besonders beeindruckt mich die Gastfreundschaft: Die Mitarbeiter sind ausgesprochen herzlich, professionell und hilfsbereit. Man wird aufmerksam und liebevoll betreut und merkt, dass sie alles dafür tun, damit sich ihre Gäste wohlfühlen. Diese persönliche Herzlichkeit macht den Aufenthalt besonders.

Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig, und man wird sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend bedient. Auch der wunderschöne Innenhof ist ein echtes Highlight.

Die Lage könnte für mich kaum besser sein: direkt in der Altstadt, wo man den Puls der Stadt und das besondere Flair Bucharas unmittelbar erlebt. Ein Hotel mit Geschichte, Atmosphäre und Menschen, die einem das Gefühl geben, wirklich willkommen zu sein. Eine klare Empfehlung!

Short stay in Bukhara old town
Pros:

A gem of a hotel right in the middle of the Bukhara old town, short stroll to all the sights, restaurants, bazaar stalls and shops! Friendly and informative staff at reception and breakfast room, also helped with taking a taxi late at night. Central location yet quiet and peaceful for sleeping. Stayed in apartment room, had a small balcony and lounge area. Kettle and refrigerator provided. Loved the beautiful inner courtyard with decorative tiled walls. Very clean bathroom 👌

Cons:

Our room did not have coffee or tea sachets prepared, but if we had wanted them, I'm sure we could have just asked the staff. They seemed very obliging.

Удивительно неуютный номер, ощущение, что попал в гостиницу провинциального городка прошлого века… Ванная комната большая, чистая, но вместо душевой кабины стоит ванна. Кто в отеле принимает ванну? Полотенца застиранные, жесткие и плохо впитывают влагу
