Pros:

The location is perfect, right in the middle of the old city. The hotel is modern, clean and quiet. Rooms are comfortable and I liked the unlimited drinking water supply. Breakfast is good too. Staff were friendly and attentive.

Cons:

There is no parking possible due to the location, so you have to park in one of the narrow streets close by.

Perfect place to stay in Bukhara
Pros:

A nice hotel centrally located and newly reconstructed, air conditioned rooms, nice bathrooms, all very modern and yet at the same time traditional. Staff was very polite and friendly, they offer pickup as well as ride back to the train station (about 15 - 20 min ride depending on traffic). Good breakfast.

Cons:

Nothing to complain about.

La posizione super strategica.
La camera, bella, pulita, silenziosa e con un letto molto comodo e grande.

Pros:

The hotel is very nice, in perfect position in the very center of Bukhara, everything is within walking distance. Rooms are cozy and comfortable, staff is very helpful, breakfast is abundant and very good

يوجد شرفة صغيرة بالغرفة

Cons:

التنقل من التاكسي عند ساحة الانتظار مسافة بعيدة نوعا معا لأن لا تستطيع الدخول بالسيارة المنطقة لاتسمح بهذا فالأفضل ان يعلم الفندق بموعد الوصول ويكون لهم ترتيب لنقل الشنط لعملاء الفندق

Personnel exceptionnel
Pros:

Le personnel de cet hôtel est exceptionnel. Plus précisément le réceptionniste Gary car il est allé bien au-delà du travail qui lui était demandé. En effet ma fille était très gravement malade elle a dû aller en urgence à l’hôpital. Là-bas, aucun médecin ou infirmière ne par l’anglais, que le russeet l’Ouzbek, donc la communication était extrêmement difficile. Gary est venu après son service à l’hôtel me rejoindre pour essayer de traduire et me dire ce qui se passait. Ça a été ma bouée de sauvetage. Il ne m’a jamais rien demandé en contrepartie. il m’a aidé pendant les deux jours que ma fille était hospitalisée. Je n’ai jamais connu une personne aussi aimable et aussi serviable. Merci à lui et à toute l’équipe de l’hôtel.

二人で利用しましたが、予約がダブルベッドだったことについて、ツインルームに変更するかどうか確認してくれました。部屋もリフォームしたばかりで綺麗でした。水はウォーターサーバーで飲み放題状態です。

スタッフも親切で、早めのチェックイン又、1時間だけですが、遅めのチェックアウトしてくれて、助かりました。
