The staff were nice, we checked in earlier than the official time. The breakfast was very nice and the location is quite convenient. The staff also tried helping us change some train tickets.

No water in the room at first, shower broke but they fixed it immediately. No kettle in the room but they offered pot of tea.

Pros:

The location is excellent and walking distance to most of the main sights. The room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable.

Cons:

The WIFI didn't always work. The staff were friendly enough but could have done more. For example: as I was leaving the receptionist warned me about ice on the stairs but didn't offer to assist me.
