Good location, nice rooms, very worthwhile
Pros:

Did not expect a full suite when booking, the room was very large and comfortable. Excellent location in the centre of town and a decent breakfast buffet.

Cons:

Some of the guys at the front desk could have been a bit more helpful with some customer service. Also, taxi’s couldn’t access the property, so had to carry luggage about 500m from main road. Forgot to mention to the staff that there was a small leak in the bathroom ceiling with some water dripping onto the sink

Nothing. You are the best Ferouz at the Front Desk made me welcome when I checked I around 1 am and was so stressed

Pros:

ホテルの外観、周辺は非常に印象的で、到着時、チェックアウト後に何枚も写真を撮ってしまうほどでした。
深夜1時頃の到着でしたが、スタッフの方に周辺について伺った際も丁寧に見どころを教えていただき、安心して短時間ながらライトアップされた美しい街並みを楽しむことができました。
客室はクラシカルな内装で、好みが分かれる部分もあるかと思いますが、落ち着いた雰囲気でゆっくり過ごせました。
また、朝食についても、この価格帯を考えると品ぞろえ・味ともに十分満足できる内容でした。
全体として、最新設備や充実度という点ではやや控えめな部分もありますが、朝食込みでこの価格であればコストパフォーマンスは非常に高く、納得感のある滞在でした。

Excellent clean hotel with beautiful rooms and very kind staff
Pros:

Excellent hotel! I would rate it 5 stars, but it is much better than many 5-star hotels we have in Europe. The cleanliness is just next level, everything is shining and spotless. The rooms are large with beautiful wallpapers and furniture and have a unique eastern vibe - luxurious, yet natural, warm and home-like atmosphere! There are inner courtyards which are like secret gardens, one even has very interesting breeds of doves as pets. There are flowers everywhere. The food at the restaurant is wonderful - it was my first time tasting palov and it's amazing! The hotel is situated at the heart of the old town and whichever direction you take, after a just few steps, you land at a marvelous cultural site which looks like a post card and feels like a fairy tale! The staff were also very friendly and welcoming, also organized an airport pickup for us - the driver who met us was also very kind and on our way to the hotel was telling us about the city history and the best places to taste local cuisine. I love this place and would recommend it with all my heart!

Would stay here next time
Pros:

Fantastic location near Lyabi Hauz and near markets. Ten minutes walk to Kalon Square and the Ark.
Room was spacious and clean.
Functioning pool
Great sleep
Initially we were a bit taken aback by what appeared snittiness in line with somebody else’s comment but then we realised it was faux-Swiss camp professionalism like hospitality from “Are you being served?” The apparent look of horror at a new request was actually a look of serious intent to help and respect for the sacrosanct integrity of process. They were very nice once we figured that out.

Laundry is a bit expensive

Warmest Hospitality, Kindest Staff
Pros:

The hospitality Hotel Asia offers is beyond compare. The hotel so kindly upgraded us to a beautiful room as we were celebrating our wedding anniversary. All of our needs were so well taken of during our stay. And we thoroughly enjoyed Bukhara thanks to the warm hospitality of this beautiful hotel.

Pros:

Самое лучшее в этом отеле - люди!! Начиная от директора, который готов помочь вам в любом вопросе и заканчивая каждым членом команды, которые превзошли ожидания!!! Заказ ресторанов, помощь в оплате авиарейса (местная авиакомпания не принимает международные карты) и любой вопрос, который у нас возникал… ребята помогали решать с энтузиазмом и радостью!!!))) Всё понравилось)))

Central location , Good staff , varied breakfast
Pros:

1. Very central location
2. Breakfast Good
3. Staff quite nice specially Mohammad and Firoz were hospitable . Mohammad was kind to arrange taxi for train station which otherwise is problem due to blockages on the road. They also allowed for late check out at 1400 hours.
4. No noise
5. Facilities OK
6. Washroom Ok
7. Cleanliness Ok

Cons:

1. Curtains need to be wider to ward off light for the front rooms
2. Ironing facilities
3.Bell boy should be available all the times to take luggage upstairs
4.Side table should have lamps
5. Price on higher side
