I’ve stayed here a few times. It’s slipped a bit. Got a hard sell for an upgrade when I checked in tired and jetlagged. Eventually took the upgrade and still charged me for the ‘free extras’ such as laundry. Upgrade room looked worse than the normal rooms I previously had.
Breakfast was good no orange juice and jams were like watery fluid. Not big things but shows lack of quality control

Pros:

A good solid hotel with friendly staff that are always engaging and try there utmost. Tried many other hotels in Wuhan and to date this tops all of them.
