C’est un bel hôtel avec un charme authentique. Nous avons adoré le personnel qui était adorable, le petit déjeuner est très bien cuisiné ! L’hôtel est très beau et les réceptionnistes à l’accueil sont vraiment géniaux !
Il fait assez humide comme il est un peu ouvert à certains endroits, la réception nous a changé de chambre à notre demande, elle était plus petite mais nous la préférions à la précédente.
Heritage style
Not all rooms had showers . Old dated. Need more staff who can understand English need to be able to supply city map and to accept cash
Close walking distance to many tourists attractions. The building is quite old but clean and well maintained. Breakfast was good and overall a good deal at the price.
Great Hotel with ancient architecture style.
Not good
The hotel looks old colonial style with many antique artifacts. Most of the area were dirty nobody is taking care. The owner should hire a person to take care the beautiful artifacts, cars etc. it’s very rare pieces.
We stayed for 2 nights but our room nobody clean it even we hang the signage outside our room while we go out almost half day from 13.00pm and came back to our room at 21.00pm. And when we mentioned then staff did apologize. Have many staff I saw but no one maybe do patrol the room, mostly I saw relaxing.
Breakfast for two days only noodle soup and the same fruit. I believe that Dalat supplies fruit to most of the region in vietnam but here only served rotten banana and vietnam apple. Seem like nobody supervised staffs when working. I when out to buy fruit very cheap. Your hotel is so good but no quality in food and beverage as well as the service

Quirky hotel very pleasant stay staff were helpful and able to speak english.
The initial room I was put in had not been cleaned properly so I was promptly moved/upgraded. The next room I was in was slightly (maybe 20%) better than the previous one, but still not great. The quality of the bed in the initial room was EXTREMELY poor. The upgraded room was better, but still not great. Interior design was charming, location was fine, staff was friendly, breakfast was subpar, no AC/heater in the rooms.
I'm conflicted about this hotel because I believe it was made with a lot of care and attention to detail, but obviously the way it is being managed does not follow. I think a new hotel manager might be in order to return this hotel to its original glory.
Charming, but I would not stay here again in the future.
Likes: Ambience and deco were brilliant. Rooms very well maintained. Quaint and cosy. Front desk staff friendly and accommodating & helpful.
Dislikes: Breakfast should contain more variety. Staff during breakfast could have been friendlier.
There wasn't room service facilities.
This is a nice hotel that had many special things. Staff are excellent, bed is very comfortable, nice service, cleaned and quite space. Good place for relaxing and reading. I and my friends will come back again.

높은 지대에 있어 주변 풍경이 예술입니다.
다음에 또 달랏 여행을 한다면 고민하지 않고 다시 여기를 올 것 같습니다.

Room was clean but very dated ie. rotary phone tv tube style television etc.
Not what I expected. Bugs on the floor roaming around. Wooden floor that has spacing. By the way that’s where bugs would come out. Very loud outside. Early morning and late night. Constant noises. I made a bad choice selecting.
