Pros:

Una bella settimana relax in posto con tanto verde e spazi x passeggiate anche a cavallo
una spiaggia impagabile spaziosa e immensa attrezzata anche x gli animali, buon cibo e divertimento in compagnia dell'animazione con ragazzi piacevoli e simpatici che salutiamo con affetto Bruno e Monica

Somma delusione, bruciate grandi aspettative.
Pros:

Abbiamo voluto ripetere l'esperienza positiva vissuta nello stesso periodo lo scorso anno; che delusione!!!! in particolare il servizio ristorante pessimo in qualità( cibi in scatola, crudi, poca varietà, attrezzature non funzionanti....ecc. Dopo tre giorni hanno sistemato la cassetta dello sciacquone. Lettini in spiaggia molto sporchi. TV con funzionamento intermittente. In definitiva non ci andrò mai più:

Hôtel très décévant
Pros:

L'hôtel fortezza est au milieu d'un horse club avec d'autres hôtels : c'est donc jn club vacances : pas du tout ce que nous recherchions . Il y a deux piscines mais pas assez de parasols. La plage est à 10 min à pied mais agréable .
L'hôtel est aSsez sommaire , les chambres sont peu éclairées , les lits très petits, il n'y a pas de coffre fort, ni de mini frigo . Les draps étaient propres mais il y avait des tâches sur les édredons ainsi que sur toutes les serviettes ! Inadmissible pour un hôtel !
Le confort est donc très sommaire .
A la fin du séjour , il faut payer 5€/jour/personne pour les équipements ( piscine etc ). Pour manger dans le village vacances il faut payer avec une carte que l'on recharge ( 10€ de caution)
L'environnement était très sympa au milieu des arbres. Mais trop loin de tout .

Aceptables instalaciones comunes, hotel nefasto
Pros:

El hotel se encuentra en un estado lamentable de conservación y mantenimiento.
No funcionaba el aire, la cama con un somier de muelles y por tanto incomoda, TV de tubo y apenas 10" en la cual solo se veían 3 canales.
El baño presentaba signos de décadas de uso y corrosión.
Había cable de teléfono, pero no teléfono.
En la pared alcayatas sin cuadros.
Suelo roto.
Armarios con cuñas..... En resumidas cuentas el que llegará la hora de ir a la cama era un terror.
En contraposición, estaban las dos piscinas y la playa, que aún pudiendo mejorarse, estaban a un digno nivel.
El personal también fue amable y atento.
La comida de buffet incluida en la media pensión también era aceptable, aunque como punto negativo, decir que antes de que acabará el intervalo de turnos de comidas, ya habían recogido el 80% del mismo.
Una de las peores habitaciones en las que jamás me hospede y que, a pesar del personal y el resto de las instalaciones comunes, no se salva del suspenso.
