Pros:

The hotel and its facilities were sub par, with issues of AC maintenance, and non functioning lack of hot water. The food was decent and stay manageable. The only remarkable thing was the housekeeping staff - especially Aparna Ghosh, who really looked after the rooms, comfort and cleanliness during the stay.

The breakfast experience at the hotel’s restaurant was excellent, with a good variety of delicious dishes to choose from. I would especially like to appreciate Piyali Das for her outstanding service during breakfast. Her warm hospitality, attentiveness, and courteous behavior made the dining experience even more enjoyable.
