Muong Thanh Holiday Vung Tau Hotel

The hôtel is very comfortable , the breakfast is very good , the room is clean , except for the tiny water bottle which seems to be too small for a customer in a hot country , I think a bigger water bottle is not much more expensive for your hotel , but it gives a better impression of your hotel (4 * hotel) . Your staff was very polite . Thanks

Dirty, noisy , food bad

Just 10 minutes walk to the beach. The swimable beach with local public water taps around.

Staff was very friendly. The only thing that let my stay down was both nights I went down for breakfast at 6am and both times the pot of coffee was cold and the tea was so weak it tasted like milk and water. I also thought there was lack of variety, hot meals was very bland. Coco pops was very soft and soggy both times, very obvious to me they use the same bowl of cereal instead of using fresh. Cakes were very nice though, only good thing I can say about breakfast unfortunately. Both mornings I ended up going out for breakfast afterwards.

Beautiful hotel near the front beach. Happy staff, enthusiastic support. Breakfast has many dishes to choose from. The swimming pool is small but clean. The room is spacious, clean and very comfortable. Whenever I go, I get a preferential price. Satisfied with everything❤️.

MT located at the “hot spot” in VT, its closed to everything and the public beach nearby is another plus. The room was clean and neat. My son was having a bit trouble with his stomach by night and the staff generously gave us another blanket and towels. Thank you. The pool is so so, but you are at the beach, lets just play and swim at the beach :)

Whenever I go to Vung Tau I always stay at the Moon Thanh Vung Tau hotel, and I have been there a few times. The position is excellent being so close to the beach. The staff are helpful and friendly and always willing to chat and have a laugh with me. Over time I have made a very good friend in Truc (aka Bonnie) who is now the General Manager there. We always share a coffee and photos when I visit. If you have a room overlooking the beach you can watch what's happening in the park opposite or watch the fishing fleet coming and going. I recommend getting up early, around 5.30 - 6.00 am and walking along the beach watching the women doing their exercises or the fishermen bringing in their catch and the women selling straight from the boat to your plate.
All in all I highly recommend the Muong Tan hotel for your next stay in Vung Tau.

The staff were great, friendly and responsive. Room was not the best though. Mattress was too hard and uncomfortable, the cleaners took away my shower curtain (don't know why) and did not replace, so water from showering went everywhere. aided by a loose fitting for the shower head - which the staff were aware of but did not fix or move me to another room - however I did not ask to be moved in any case. Power point in room was already burnt out so could not be used. When asked to extend my checkout time I was told this would at an additional cost - however later that night the manager informed me there would be no charge.

A good, clean hotel about 300 metres from Front beach.
The room was clean and AC worked well.
Service was friendly, and the lobby was grand.
Included buffet breakfast was really good with Asian, local and Western options, plus omelette and noodle stand.
Good location with lots of restaurants/bars within walking distance.
Some noise from neighbouring rooms and corridor was annoying.

Hotel with city view and good customer service. The services come with breakfast with very good food and drinks. The beds are quite comfortable. Bonus point to the soundproof room therefore at night cars and noises outside aren't annoying
