Pros:

Comfortable beds , concierge very good

Cons:

Book a suite, with a bath But next morning bedroom floor soaking wet rain had come through windows , got moved to another room no bath, aircon had bad smell, staff at breakfast need to be more pleasant and try smiling, swimming pool was closed, I paid two weeks before, I’m sure they could have said about swimming pool before I paid,

Older well kept hotel .
Pros:

Great location to visit Bhitabat area .

Cons:

Pool closed. not mentioned in the website ad . Computerized check in was extremely slow compared to paying cash getting him the key.

1เมื่ออาบน้ำด้วยฝักบัวเสร็จ จะมีกลิ่บอับของท่อระบายน้ำ
2 คีย์การ์ดมีปัญหาแสกนเข้าห้องไม่ได้ต้องเดินลงไปเปลี่ยนใหม่ทำให้เสียเวลา
3 เตียงแข็งเกินไป
4 ไปพัก3 คืน แต่ได้น้ำคร้งเดียวเพียงแค่2 ขวดคือตอนแรกเข้า
5 ผนังห้องไม่สามารถกันเสียงรบกวนภายนอกได้เลย เสียงคนลากกระเป๋า เสียงคนปิดประตูเสียงคนคุยกัน เสียงหัวเราะ ได้ยินชัดจนรบกวรการนอนทำให้สะดุ้งตื่นหลายครั้ง

Struttura un po' datata. Ragnatele nelle finestre e inclinazione del pavimento sbagliata con acqua che ristagna.

The room was very good value for what I paid. Probably because it's low season

Cons:

The pool was out of action for the duration of my stay. On 2 consecutive nights, there was a lot of noise around 4:00 a.m. from people shouting in the corridor. Probably alcohol intake.

Great location for the night market and at the heart of the city
Pros:

The room was very spacious and clean and large. The bathroom needed a renovation.
The location was fantastic as it was very central and located right next to the night market.

Cons:

The reception staff were helpful but could be more engaging.
The pool was under maintenance for the week we were there.

If i go back to Hua HIn, I'll be staying here for sure. Affordable and convenient!
Pros:

The location is great, its near the night market. there are thai restaurants nearby, even the small ones that has the authentic thai cuisines. Breakfast is exceptional..not alot but it covers that carb that you need to all walking throughout the day. The room was comptable, the area is near the main road but i find it very peaceful when im inside the room.

Cons:

Its not much of a negative but they can improve on some areas like facility maintenance. in terms of security, i guess the need to have the elevator to be accessible by key card.
