There were engineering works just in front of the hotel (but no noise). The outdoor swimming pool isn’t heated and this information should have been apparent on the website.

Expensive hotel for average room

Staff was helpful. Coffre machine in the room. Clean. Departure at 12.

Cons:

The room was small and very dark even in bright day light. The view was the narrow rear of the building with machinery . Plus they charge me a breakfast I did not have, and that was supposed to be included. This is the second experience with booking where the hotel gives me a poorly placed room after Cannes.

We found the room a little small for the money however we quite enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

We really enjoyed the breakfast. Shops were nearby. We were able to get a bus to the city.

Cons:

The roadworks were noisy. Staying on a busy roundabout was very noisy too.
