Generally it’s a good stay except for the noise.
Pros:

Easy access to public transportation.

Cons:

The air-condition was screeching or rattling.. i need to cover my ears the whole time.

Smooth, comfortable, and welcoming stay from check-in to check-out.
Pros:

My stay was exceptional. They allowed me to do an early check-in, and the room was already ready when I arrived, which I really appreciated.

The room was in excellent condition: very clean, well-designed, comfortable furniture, and great natural light.

For checkout, after returning the key, they kindly allowed me to store my backpack in their office, even though it was a Sunday. The staff was very helpful and accommodating.

I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Pros:

Comfy bed. Nice smelling toiletries.

Cons:

No plug for the sink. Tiny bathroom. Only one coffee cup even though the room was a double. Parts of the fridge kept falling off. Over priced restaurant downstairs.

A great location to stay and meet friends for a fabulous pub meal.
Pros:

Very convenient location for access to Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre. We love the leafy outlook and windows that open.

Fabulous. I'd love to stay again in the future.
Pros:

Lovely staff. Beautiful room. Very clean. The restaurant below had great food and again the staff there were fabulous. Handy location to the tram.

Cons:

A brighter lighting option in the bathroom & a full length mirror somewhere in the room.

Pros:

La habitación es amplia, limpia y el baño esta muy bien. Tuvimos que hacer el check in de forma tardía y no tuvimos ningún problema, nos contestaron todos los mensajes y lo tenían preparado.

Cons:

Está un poco lejos del centro, pero si te gusta pasear es muy agradable.
El aire acondicionado hacía un poco de ruido.
