Was OK for a one night stay
Pros:

Just a 5 min walk from the Melbourne Private Hospital. Nice looking room and bathroom. Enjoyed the Leif bathroom products.

Cons:

Disappointed with the oversoft mattress and lumpy pillows.

A perfect pub hotel to stay in Melbourne
Pros:

Very comfy bed, nicely renovated bathroom and located right next to a tram stop to make it easy to travel into the inner city. Only about 5 min from the start of the free tram zone
