Příjemné ubytování.
Pros:

Poloha naproti pláže, každodenní výměna ručníků.
Bufetové snídaně nevynikají pestrostí, jsou však opravdu dostačující. AC funkční, voda teplá celodenně. Dobrý poměr cena/výkon.

Cons:

Opotřebené vybavení pokoje, lednička je instalována v nábytku a špatně přístupná. V koupelně je vana. Střešní bazén není osluněn, pro někoho může být výhodou.

A little dated, staff nice and friendly

Cons:

Breakfast was very limited, no bread for toast, no jams, eggs and omelette where cooked & left on the counter, so were cold. Coffee was good.

Pros:

Khách sạn ở vị trí trung tâm, mặt tiền Trần Phú. Phòng trên cao hướng biển rất tuyệt.
Mình note phòng tầng cao và có bồn tắm đều được đáp ứng. Bạn Linh lễ tân hỗ trợ check out rất nhanh.
Bán kính 3km có nhiều quán ăn rất ngon. Nên thuê xe máy tự lái để có thể trải nghiệm hết các quán ăn.

Cons:

Ks nên cho vệ sinh mặt kính phía trước để tăng trải nghiệm của khách.

Первая линия, шумновато конечно, но вид из окна просто супер. Девочки на ресепшен очень доброжелательные, заказали нам трансфер от и до аэропорта, ну и по мелочи помогали всегда, спасибо Linh, Angie!
Завтраки очень скудные, хотя мы не привереды.
Номера нормальные, опять же мы не привереды)))
В общем прям самая настоящая тройка, главное с каким настроением приехали отдыхать, всем добра!

If you can, avoid it.

Cons:

Our stay at the hotel was 7 minutes. Enough time to undestand how low quality the room was.
It was late to get any kind of refund from booking.com and, of course, the hotel, refused.
We booked a room for 15 days. They gave us an other and it was totally narrow, dirty, with a stale cigarette smell (maybe the previous guests smoked there). The upholstery was totally dirty and on the wardrove dusty everywhere. It means lack of control from direction. Much more the room was incredibly noisy (you cannot imagine how much and for sure direction is aware about this issue).
Once we told to the reception, they proposed a change on the uppest floor, but we refused for 2 reasons:
1 it was what I booked and not point to obtain what I already paid;
2 the first impression was totally a distaster and passing 15 days there it could be more sad then first 7 minutes.
There are a lot of amazing hotel, you can find on booking.com with same price and we strongly suggest do not chose this one if you want your vacation positive.
We strongly suggest to the direction of this hotel to better follow its personal and caring about guests. People are not market goods.

Linh, Tom is a very good administrator at the Dendro Hotel, we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, the room was cleaned and towels and accessories were changed every day, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the hotel was located on the beachfront. The reception staff was very nice!
