Ne prenez pas le petit déjeuner, sinon c'est ok pour 10€

Cons:

- Demande de paiement suspecte et frauduleuse par virement bancaire non conforme aux conditions de réservation de Bookings (nous avons évidemment signalé le message, et payé directement sur place !)
- Personnel du petit-déjeuner en train de scroller sur son téléphone... Les œufs ne sont pas cuits à la demande comme dans un hôtel normal : ils les font quand ils ont envie et les laissent refroidir et demandent à ce que les personnes prennent l'assiette froide posé sur l'étagère depuis X temps dont évidemment personne ne veut ! De manière générale, les repas de l'hôtel ne valent pas le coup et sont assez décevants, pas la peine de payer de supplément pour le petit-déjeuner pas du tout adapté aux touristes
- Informations peu claires sur les early check-in mis en avant sur les photos, pour eux early c'est 13H et c'est s'ils ont envie... Donc, ne comptez pas dessus, nous avons dû attendre 14H comme tout le monde
- Si vous souhaitez vos bouteilles d'eau, il faut demander le ménage de toute la chambre avant 16H : un peu dommage de ne pas juste donner les bouteilles d'eau, le personnel de ménage gagnerait un temps précieux

Je n'aurai pas payé plus cher, mais c'est ok pour le prix

Personne de l'accueil très gentil et disponible
Si vous allez au petit-déjeuner dès 6:30-7:00 il y a quelques fruits servis (même si le reste n'est pas terrible)
Lits confortables
Bon rapport qualité/prix/emplacement

Cons:

Pour prolonger sa réservation, il a fallu changer de chambre, faire un check-in et un check-out et même la réception ne comprenait pas trop pourquoi
Pas de lait au petit-déjeuner, buffet froid et limité (patates, haricots, riz sec)

We stayed in room 1403 from March 14th to March 17th, 2026, and had a very pleasant stay.
Whenever we had questions, the staff always did their best to meet our expectations and help us. We especially had a lot of contact with Tom, who was always very friendly, attentive, and had an open ear for us. But the other staff members were also incredibly helpful, especially Linh and Tien :)
The view from the pool on the 15th floor is beautiful and really high up, which makes it even more special.
We really enjoyed our stay and always appreciated the two small water bottles and the tea :)
On the day of our departure, we were even allowed to leave our luggage there until late afternoon / early evening, which gave us the chance to enjoy the sound of the sea one more time or stroll through some small shops.

Bien ubicado, ruidoso hasta las 11 pm pero aceptable por que es muy turístico el sector .
