Food, guest welcome was missing plus I have booked different room with some additional features but I got normal room and also I have requested to decorate room and arrange cake for my anniversary plus my son's birthday but they have not done that also. I will not book this in future.

I’d avoid if your noise tolerance isn’t good
Pros:

The room had very good WiFi and comfortable desk and chair for work.

Cons:

The rooms have no sound proof g at all. If you are u lucky and get a road facing room, you are done for. This is by the the worst noise insulated 4/5 star property that I have stayed in. Given that Indian traffic is notorious for non-stop honking and all other sorts of noise pollution, Holiday In should have put in better quality construction material to dampen the noise. Even If one was to cut them some slack due to noisy outdoors, one can hear people in the lobby when you are in the room.
