Very nice clean hotel, bathroom and shower is above standard with rain shower and very good water pressure.
Lobby is high end look with very good quick service, I was handed a cup of tea as I walked in.
Highly recommend, this is on par or better than most US hotels in China or US.

酒店很舊,房間不太乾淨,酒店職員全部目無表情,地點又偏遠,附近又沒有太多東西逛,很無聊,不太喜歡這酒店。唯一最滿意就是游泳池,因為它是恆溫,所以小朋友不怕太冷。
The hotel was very nice but not many people spoke English there. It would have been nice for some of the restaurant staff to speak English. Also the Japanese restaurant was not what the brochure said in the room. We were disappointed to be advised to go into the cafe as the food came from there.

房間內蜘蛛網在擺設的瓷器上,頭燈打上去看得清清楚楚,看起來密密麻麻的,應該有一段時間了,housekeeping打掃不到還真不容易。地毯和家具銜接處髒到作嘔。
4月10日搜尋兩日後入住有室內泳池的酒店,見友和評價不錯,便訂了三間房。
可惜到步發覺泳池從三月份維修至4月18号。為甚麼訊息沒有在網站提及呢?-家人的休閒渡假泡了湯!
酒店說是有wifi但弱得完全不能用,還是用自己數據吧!

比預期差得很,服務態度超級差,前台根本沒一個人會笑的,你完全不感覺到自己住的是四星酒店,服務態度差都算了,我原本訂了4個房間,後來朋友證件過期取消一間,到前台時說可以幫我取消,然後一直都沒有收到取消單,在跟前台對話當中,如果本人不是在酒店工作,對酒店業非常熟悉的話,已經被她們欺騙,什麼一定要跟hotels.com 聯絡,什麼決定在hotels.com 那邊,這不統統都是懶得去幫客人處理嗎?當我說了一句,我也是在酒店工作的,我對這方面很熟悉,另一位女的才過來幫我打電話去處理,另外,當我上房間之後發現都是大床,打去前台,說我訂的3間都是大床,2床的房間已經取消,正常的處理不是應該先問客人究竟取消哪一間,並不是自行去取消嗎?給key客人的時候,不是應該告訴客人房間床型嗎?然後我上到房間的時候說要換一間雙床,說我訂大床不能換,作為一間四星的酒店,處事是這樣的嗎?完全不會轉彎的?同一種房型,同一價錢,只是不同的床型也不能換?我都算了,然後回來香港,打電話hotels.com問取消房間的費用退回給我沒有?第一次夜晚,hotels.com打過去酒店reconfirm booking,酒店卻說,訂房部不上班,叫我早上8點後再查詢,這也算說得過去,後來在中午的時候再打過去,酒店的回覆是,處理的人去吃飯了,所以要再打過去,這是什麼酒店?營運上是出問題了嘛?酒店只有一個人工作嗎?作為一間四星的酒店,訂房部只有一個人工作嗎?身為一個酒店業的人,對這酒店的一切都看不過眼,酒店的高層也應該正視一下以上的問題。

Most things are top-notch for a 4.5 star hotel. Would definitely recommend.
Just a dismiss was the malfunction of switch in shower and the quality of food served in roomservice (fries are way over cooked). Other than these, a pretty nice place to stay
プールやジムは完備されていますが、周りにモールなどがないため、あちこち交通機関を使用される人には、少々不便かも。
It is more like a business type hotel, nothing exciting and yet comfortable.
The pillows were particularly good.
The hotel itself its nice and clean, however the front desk service is extremely bad, they do not understand English, while I had had your representative call in, they couldn't able to communicate to each other, I had wasted more than 2 hrs at the lobby, because they had oversold the room. The front desk told me the room type I paid for is all gone, told me I had to pay extra to upgrade, they should have do an upgrade for me instead. Finally, the manager did that for me after 2+ more hrs of wait.
My only comment is that the language barrier. Wish if the staff spoke better english. Also to have some western choices in the breakfast.
The services have to improve, The breakfast serve time should be til to 10:00, but they closing at around 9:25, Not much food provide. No shuttle bus provide, have to take taxi or walk to the point.
