Excellent hotel.
Pros:

Very clean, comfortable hotel. All staff friendly and polite. Food in the restaurant was very good quality. Decent choice of breakfast and nice gym. Front desk staff were exceptional. Jakub is a credit to your hotel.

The facilities itself are quite nice.

Cons:

Our family booked a room for 3 persons - 2 adults and a child. That's how we do in all hotels. But this hotel has surprised with the policy, that the child my stay in the room for free, but the bed is the subject for an additional charge. That has never happened in any hotel, because we indicate wile booking the number of persons and the hotel confirm the offer for it. The staff was not helpfull at all and insist on additional fee. In case I wanted to cancel the booking the staff argued that the full amount will be charged in any case. We had a very bad experience. We been choosing this hotel before but this was our last stay in it.
