Pros:

Great employee service.

Cons:

My hair dryer died on me the morningof my stay. I went to get the hotel's provided hairdryer out of it's hanging bag on the back of the bathroom door, and when I opened the bag the hairdryer was absolutely filthy covered with sticky caked on hairspray and human hair from apparently another or many other guests.

Lots of surprises. Not many good ones.
Pros:

Location is great. Close to the campus.

Cons:

We requested a room cleaning and they forgot to do it. Air conditioning stopped working in the second night and they were unable to fix it or move us. We went to sleep hot and woke up freezing after the unit suddenly started working over night.
