Room was a bit dirty this time round and the carpet was stained.
Cleanliness of the rooms and hotel. Every surface was spotless and dust free. The lobby smelled lovely every day. Fantastic breakfast selection with halal chicken. You won’t go hungry. The breakfast waffles were better than any waffles we bought in Brussels city centre. The staff were polite and friendly. The hotel looked modern and beautiful. The lifts were always in service. Location was good in terms of walking distance to city centre in 20 mins. Good blackout curtains. Comfortable large beds. Good amenities within the room. Wish the room was bigger. Great that you don’t need to leave the train station to enter the hotel when you first arrive by Eurostar. Myself and my son and husband thoroughly enjoyed our stay thank you
£200 per night was quite pricey for the size of the room we got. Location was a bit rough. Bumped into a few suspicious and scary people around the hotel but they didn’t bother us. Can hear cars beeping overnight as hotel situated on main road. Slightly small room when the sofa bed was out but once we folded this up it improved.
