Bel hôtel. personnel agréable et à l’écoute. Je les remercie.
Pros:

L’ hôtel est beau et son emplacement idéal :en pleine gare Bruxelles proche du centre ville. Très pratique.

Cons:

Le drap housse n’a pas été changé après les précédents clients. À mon arrivé il était sale. Au vu d’un 4* ça n’est pas correct. La femme de ménage a été réactive et l’a changé après ma remarque. Le petit déjeuner n’est pas extra : viennoiseries fades, les plats semblent être de la conserve (haricots blancs, champignons de paris, saucisses).

Pros:

ロケーションはとても良かった。ただし、セントラルまでは歩いて30分かかります。ホテルがある駅を出ると何もありません。バスタブが良かった。

Cons:

部屋の掃除は必要ないからゴミの収集、トイレットペーパーの補充、切れそうなライトの取り替えをフロントでお願いして出かけたが、なぜかコーヒーの補充があっただけで何もされていなかった。コーヒーの補充があったということは部屋に入っているのに、出かける前に依頼したことは何も完結してくれなかった。
