Pros:

It is close to where we are exploring and very quiet and nice views of the golf course.

Cons:

Some items are not available like lotion and tooth brush/paste and reception and dining only until 5pm.

Portsea Golf Club Accommodation near Portsea back beach SLSC
Pros:

Clean reasonably well appointed and relatively new.

Cons:

Not a big issue, just something people may want to know, the reception is staffed by one person and not always available during the day. There is limited after hours service and what after hours there is comes from the golf club. The service provided wasn't to me wasn't quick or personable.

The pillows on the bed were not good enough! As well no kitchen or restaurant for breakfast!

The price tag is for the location, not the quality.
Pros:

Stunning location, tucked away and hidden and close to many stunning walks and hikes and beaches.

Cons:

The staff were very disappointing, I had issues with being harassed by an older person not once, but twice- and both were dismissed as my fault. (Sexual comment made whilst I was eating breakfast- shouldnt be sitting alone. Spat on from my Balcony from the function room- shouldnt be sitting on my balcony. The reception signing in and out need a lesson in positive customer service or just general friendliness. The included breakfast was not worth the $$. Minimal options and poorly cooked. the rooms were not sound proof, I could hear and smell everytime my neighbor went to the bathroom. The shower fluctuated temperature.
For the price tag, I would've expected more. You literally just pay for the location. And unless youre at retirement age, its not worth the uncomfortableness of being looked down on.
