Pros:

Staffs were friendly and helpful

Cons:

The room I was initially given was near the road, and the traffic noise was very loud. I asked the staff on the same day if I could be moved to a quieter room. I was told someone would come the next day to let me know if a room was available, but no one came. I had to go back to the front desk myself.

At first, I was told the hotel was fully booked. Only after I explained that I would prefer a refund or to cancel my booking did they look for another option. Thankfully, I was eventually moved to a much quieter room, which was appreciated. However, it was a twin room even though I had originally requested a double bed.

Another issue was the hot water. When I went to take a shower, I discovered there was no hot water. I went to reception and was told that hot water was available on request. I would have really appreciated being informed about this when I checked in, rather than finding out when I needed to shower.

Overall, the staff eventually found solutions, but I feel that communication with guests could be much better.

We had a wonderful stay and would recommend this hotel to others. The staff were wonderful.
Pros:

The pool was wonderful. We enjoyed breakfasts and dinners that we had there.

Cons:

Some air conditioners were leaking, and we had some issues with the room keys. However, these were addressed very quickly.

Good value for money, good location, not far from the airport.
Pros:

Breakfast was great. Location was good. Family room was enough.

Cons:

Family room we had did not have sea view like most of the other rooms. We looked oht o to radio masts. Located on busy road. Not too much parking. Hotel looking a bit tired.
