Были тут с семьей , персонал вежливый, номера как всегда превосходны, чисто и уютно особенно порадовала работа кондиционера в такую жару, спасибо большое всему персоналу Hilton. Бассейн чистый и сауна тоже супер. Завтраки на высшем уровне.

Приезжали в разгар лета с мужем, кондиционеры не работали во всем объекте проживания, ни в номере, ни в лобби, нигде. В придачу заселили нас в номер на самом последнем этаже, где очень сильно грелась крыша, по итогу это была баня, а не номер для комфортного проживания. Озвучили свое недовольство на ресепшене, девушки просто развели руками и говорили, мол да, не работает, ничего сделать не можем. Как любому туристу, нам было важно наличие вай фая, но к сожалению, даже вай фай был нерабочий и сотрудники никак не исправили проблему. Кроме того, были проблемы в напором воды, иногда вода шла буквально по каплям. Самый ужасный опыт пребывания в отеле, никому не рекомендую. Ужасный отель, ужасные условия, беспомощные сотрудники.

Pros:

Отличный отель, приветливый персонал, объяснили все и где что находится! Удобное расположение и большая парковка. Понравилось то, что все жидкости в дипенсерах/дозаторах и не нужно стоят в душе и мокрыми руками открывать шампуни и т.д., но и пластиковых отходов получается из-за этого меньше

暑くて寝れませんでした
Pros:

綺麗でほぼ四つ星ホテルの内装で、清掃も行き届いていました。

Cons:

エアコンがとにかく効きません。暑くて寝れませんでした。部屋を変えてもらいましたが、今度はベッドが狭くて寝られませんでした。
