Очень понравилось расположение отеля, чистота, комфорт номеров и доброжелательное отношение персонала. Особенно хочется отметить внимательное отношение сотрудников к нашим просьбам и готовность идти навстречу гостям.

Cons:

Во время проживания были некоторые неудобства, в частности временное отключение электроэнергии. Также при заселении нам не сообщили, что завтрак не входит в стоимость проживания, из-за чего в первое утро возникла немного неловкая ситуация. Было бы хорошо, чтобы при заселении гостям заранее предоставляли информацию о том, какие услуги включены в стоимость проживания.
