Pros:

Расположение идеальное, все близко. Комнаты чистые, уборку делают отлично и своевременно. Завтрак достаточно хороший. Девушки на ресепшне очень внимательны и ответственны. В спа-зоне чисто и просторно. 3 дня в этом отеле прошли очень комфортно.

Очень сильно понравился номер люкс. Большой, комфортный, 2-х комнатный. Большая кровать + диван. 2 санузла. Также есть барная стойка.

Cons:

Жаль, что завтрак не включен. Нет шкафа для одежды.

Очень хороший отель. Все чисто, со вкусом. Персонал добрый, отзывчивый. Девушки на ресепшн все быстро оформляют. Горничные убираются с душой и вниманием к деталям. В номерах идеальная чистота. Очень уютно, все продумано до мелочей.
Сауна и бассейн очень понравились. Комфортная температура воды, вокруг бассейна теплый пол.
Рекомендую отель для пребывания.
Завтрак разнообразный. всего достаточно.

Завтрак, персонал!

Cons:

Парковка спереди маленькая, сзади большая, но добираться с сумками и поднимать по лестнице было сложно, нет персонала для помощи с сумками. Ковры очень грязные и в номерах есть запах не приятный, шумо изоляция плохая!

Всю ночь по этажу бегали дети-подростки.
В 12 ночи пришлось позвонить администраторам,не угомонили детей.

Было чисто уютно и комфортно

Cons:

Было два лифта работающих только вверх, около главного входа. Но чтобы спуститься вниз, был целый квест чтобы найти другой дифт, который работает только вниз, и он где-то в подсобке, и когда ночью планировал выезжать, этот же самый путь к лифту был заблокирован электронным ключом, доступ который был только к персонала, приходился снова возвращаться в номер чтобы узнать касательно лифт, заработают ли главные, никто не объяснил почему лифт так и не работал вниз. Завтраки дорогие для отеля такого уровня. Здание видно старое. Но есть и плюсы, в номере было чисто, и очень удобные кровати.
