Boa porque foi rápida. Falta manutenção e melhor informação. A limpeza, café e local compensaram.

O café e a localização compensaram o custo benefício.

O secador de cabelo não funcionou.
O ventilador de um dos quartos não ventou.
A TV não ligou e não tinha nenhuma informação nos controles.
A sauna não podia ligar.

O apartamento é bem dividido e espaçoso

Cons:

O Box do banheiro era muito apertado e não tinha um formato regular o que dificultou muito dar banho nas crianças, além de um cheiro muito forte de cigarro.

Localização muito boa.

Cons:

A meu ver pagamos pela localização e não pela estrutura / café da manhã. O ar condicionado do quarto que eu fiquei não mudava a temperatura nem velocidade do vento. Os sucos que tinham no café eram todos artificiais e os bolos estavam duros. Me deram 02 cartões para abrir o quarto mas não explicaram que qual a diferença deles. Saí do quarto 2x com um cartão que não abria a porta depois. Gerou transtorno e a moça da recepção ainda achou ruim comigo. O Fabricio sempre muito atencioso e educado.

Quartos são enormes, estava com minha bebê e nos sentimos em casa, camas muito confortáveis. A moça que estava no café da manhã é muito gentil e atenciosa.
