La amabilidad del personal, que estaba todo muy limpio y que te hace sentir como si estuvieras en mitad de la nada cuando estas supercerca de la zona de pubs. También nos encantó el té y la experiencia de plqntar un árbol. ¡Además restaurante tiene una comida riquísima!

Een heerlijke oase in een heerlijke stad!

Deze accommodatie heeft alles wat je nodig hebt: een restaurant, een zwembad, een gym en een prachtige tuin! Daarnaast is de staf mega behulpzaam, van manager, receptie tot en met overig personeel.

Pros:

Fantastic location. Wonderful staff and exceptional value for money... highly recommended. All the staff were amazing, but the Operations Manager - Sam - was a star.

Cons:

Everything was great - food was good, but maybe a TV in the room would have been a nice to have - just as background noise as you get ready for a night on Pub Street.

床垫子和床单上有残留的一点污渍，我有些介意。不过整体还是非常整洁的，有鲜花装饰，空气清新。如果能注意细节就更完美了，总之如果再来暹粒我还会考虑住在这里。

Great service and friendliness by the staff, excellent facilities! Great pool and jacuzzi to unwind after a long day. The food in their restaurant is excellent, and I loved the afternoon tea! Will recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Siem Reap.

Pros:

We were originally booked into a sister hotel (The Nest) but were moved to The Urban due to renovations. What can I say, it was our lucky day. Samnam and his team were absolutely brilliant and the hotel was wonderful. Fresh, clean and spacious with comfy beds, hot shower and ony 5 minutes walk to restaurants, bars, market and other sister hotels. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble for Samnam or his team. We were originally booked for 3 days but decided to stay for 5 as it was so good. It was my birthday whilst there and the team surprised me with a cake and singing. Made my day. A very big thank you to all at The Urban.

Pros:

Everything! They were so welcoming and the staff are exceptionally kind. The room was clean, comfortable, and calm. The facilities are lovely - the pool was such a welcome addition in the afternoons. It’s a beautiful property and the attention to detail is wonderful. I would recommend!

Lovely oasis very close the center of town.
