Pros:

The room was clean and the environment was so relaxing. Big swimming pool with nature surrounded. The location also excellent where we can park our own car and walk through to the Pup street only 3mn.

Absolutely perfect - 100% must stay in Siem Reap
Pros:

The staff really go the extra mile to make you feel welcome. The rooms are tidy and clean with all the amenities. The pool area and the gym are very nice. The restaurant and bar area is lovely. What really makes this place stand out are the little things, cool towels when you arrive home, complimentary drinks and snacks at times through the day, the tree planting trip and the cooking class. Just everything was absolutely spot on. Location is also superb, with access to night market and pub street so so easy!

Cons:

The only little thing that could be improved is the air-con in the gym. Given this is a container-like space with glass walls, it’s is extremely hot in there. We even went in early to turn a/c on, but was still very hot! That being said, the hotel staff brought us cold towels and water during our workout which wasn’t necessary but very appreciated!

Pros:

The friendly service really reflects the Khmer hospitality.
Pahna at the reception was very fast and friendly. Phos at the restaurant was giving good counsel and the food and more. She was always very alert. The young trainee at reception was also very friendly. She was very shy so I didn't dare to ask her name.

Nothing special.

Nous sommes restés 8 jours et étions ravis de notre séjour. Le personnel de l’hôtel est tellement gentil et près à nous
Pros:

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est dans une rue calme et charmante, juste à quelques minutes du l’ancien marché et du centre. Les chambres sont spacieuses et surtout le personnel est très gentil et attentif.

Cons:

La suite avec balcon n’a pas de balcon en fait. C’est au RDC avec un espace avec table et 2 chaises devant la fenêtre. Donc pas de vue. Et on doit fermer les double-rideaux toute la journée pour ne pas être vus de dehors.

Pros:

Our stay at two properties from the Stay Nature group was absolutely amazing! We booked three nights and spent the first one at The Jungle, where we were welcomed by the sounds of frogs, lovely staff, and a beautiful, luxurious room.

For the next two nights, we stayed at The Urban and had an equally great experience! The hotel is very clean, well maintained, and full of greenery. The rooms are comfortable and spotless, and the common areas are lovely and very inviting. We had a few nice cocktails during happy hour, and the afternoon tea was also such a nice experience. Unfortunately, I didn't manage to join their cooking class, but it looked like another great activity!

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at, and what made it particularly special was the kindness and warmth of the staff. We felt very welcome throughout our stay and would highly recommend it!

Cons:

Don't make the same mistake we did by staying only three nights; plan for at least four or five nights! There are so many things to do in Siem Reap, and staying at The Urban is the best choice!

Soggiorno impeccabile!!
Pros:

Struttura stupenda, tutto curato nei minimi dettagli. Tutto lo staff è stato gentilissimo, abbiamo avuto un piccolo disguido poiché la stanza prenotata non è stata disponibile nel primo giorno(gli ospiti precedenti erano stati male e hanno prolungato il soggiorno) ma Sam ha rimediato alla grande con upgrade della stanza e colazione offerta. Ci siamo rivolti a loro anche per il tuktuk per Angkor Wat, Mr Bee è stato un driver eccellente, prezzi onesti e poi aveva con sé acqua e salviette fresche! Insomma un soggiorno impeccabile. Grazie a Sam e a tutto lo staff di The Urban

Pros:

Las instalaciones estan genial, habitacion, piscina, restaurante. Hasta el gimnasio, aun siendo basico, es suficiente para este tipo de viajes.

El desayuno tiene bastante variedad, y aunque a un precio casi occidental, estaba muy bueno.

Cons:

La excesiva amabilidad del personal. Aunque no es algo objetivamente malo, a veces roza la incomodidad

Piacevolissimo soggiorno
Pros:

L’albergo è molto bello e il personale veramente molto disponibile e cortese.
Vicino al vecchio mercato e alla “pub street” ma riesce ad essere tranquillo. Il ristorante anche è valido.
