Nice location. Very close to dining options, wonderful bakery. Close to metro and tube! Neighborhood is safe and people are friendly !
Nice hotel but room was very small
Quiet at night tho
The staff was attentive and helpful. The rooms are small. The exercise area has one mat, not much equipment, and is connected to the laundry. At 6 AM, the exercise room was hot and humid from the adjacent dryer.
Paris 15eme is an awesome neighborhood. However this hotel has nothing especially great to offer. It is not bad but not extraordinarily either. The room is very small, A/C not working very well, nothing really stands out. They charge an extra 60euros for early check-in.
Decent hotel but not spectacular. Spa was a bit disappointing and room quite small but location was excellent.
This hotel is very close to main attractions in Paris. We loved this place
Perfect location to really enjoy local cafés and shopping. Rooms were small but comfortable and clean. Air conditioning was a plus as June was hot. We could see the Eiffel Tower at night glowing in the distance from a street near our hotel. So beautiful!🙂
Excellent room and great service
My daughter and I stayed here, it was very nice and next to the BEST bakery right in the corner. The A/C and water pressure and temperature were terrific. It was nice walking around the area, it is safe day and night and has lots of local restaurants, pharmacy and grocery store all walking distance.

I work at trade shows at port de Versailles 2x a year and always stay here. 15 min walk to the expo hall and 2 blocks from subway.
The Eden Hotel is a great little hotel.
The room was very comfortable.
The toilet is the tiniest I’ve ever seen and not near the bathroom!! Very strange!

The breakfast was good, not extensive but a nice choice of meats and cheeses, yoghurts, fruit and scrambled eggs, pastries etc.

I absolutely loved this place! First time to Paris and I wanted to stay somewhere close enough to walk anywhere. Very accessible to Metro station and Eiffle tower was only 1.5 miles away. Staff was extremely friendly and rooms were clean and great!!
The rooms aren't very big but they are quite comfortable. We enjoyed our stay there. I stayed at the Eden 10 years ago and would definitely visit them again.

A great little hotel
My bedsheets were stained, the comforter was dirty and the sheets had a foul odor. Despite my request to have them changed, dirty sheets were put back on my hotel bed causing me discomfort and distress. I was unable to sleep during my last night of the stay. I was asked to change the sheets myself while the hotel staff watched and was provided with sheets that did not match the bed. I showed the manager photos and video of the dirty sheets and comforter. The manager said he would refund 1 night of my hotel costs on December 1. He never did. Instead, he decided to charge me a small fee to clean the room AFTER I left. How insulting and unprofessional.
This is not what I paid for nor is the experience Hotel Eden promised. The manager is awful and is going out of his way to refuse the promised refund. I have never experience such poor customer service and dirty accommodations at a boutique hotel of this level. All the manager does is blame shift and stall. Will never visit this hotel again.
Very friendly staff helping in anyway they can. Rooms are relatively large for Paris with large bath and separate toilets
Your provide with complementary bottle of water every day, breakfast includes freshly baked baguette eggs beans and mushrooms, fresh croissant and more. Location is great in walking distance from Eiffel Tower- I highly recommend
Great customer service and great location
Staff are friendly, beds are comfortable, room is always clean, the neighbourhood is fairly safe and clean, with an easy walk to three different metro stations. There are also restaurants nearby and if you fancy the room services, we really enjoyed the rib eye steak and lasagne.
