I can’t say enough about the “all-hands-on-deck” help I received while staying at the Regent. I lost my phone while traveling to Delhi and I was frantic to find a new phone so I could at least take pictures and communicate via text with my tour mates. When I explained my situation, three staff members immediately reached out to their contacts to find me a phone I could use while in India. Then, the Manager assigned a staff member to personally escort me to an ATM so I could withdrawal the cash I needed to buy the phone, the phone store itself, then another location to buy a protective cover. I know I took him away from his regular duties, but being a first-time visitor to India it was a great comfort to be with someone I could absolutely trust in a new environment.
My room was spacious and clean, the breakfast buffet was delicious, and the wait staff were very attentive. I highly recommend this hotel.
