De quase tudo! Hotel muito confortável. Quarto e banheiro excelentes, com todas as comodidades esperadas. Café da manhã farto e com muitas opções. Tem uma lanchonete/bar no térreo. Funcionários gentis e prestativos. O ambiente externo ao edifício do hotel tem um jardim muito lindo. É próximo à estação do trem e com acesso fácil ao centro histórico por meio de ônibus. Fica bem próximo à igreja de Santa Maria delli Angelis, onde se encontra a Porciúncula; o local onde São Francisco morreu, e o local onde ele vivia.

Cons:

Apenas de uma coisa: nosso trem chegou por volta de 23:30 horas. Caminhamos um pouco da estação de trem até ao hotel. O check-in era até 00 horas. Eu tinha avisado que iríamos chegar entre 0 e 1 hora e o pedido foi aceito. No entanto, quando chegamos, não havia como abrir o portão que dá acesso ao hotel. Ou, não sabíamos como fazer isso. Por sorte, um casal que estava hospedado lá e estava próximo nos ajudou.

Albergo molto grande frequentato da gruppi numerosi
Pros:

Camera grande pulita e dotata di ogni confort. Bella vista sulla Basilica Papale di Santa Maria degli Angeli.

Cons:

Alla reception il.personale.è molto freddo e sbrigativo, forse perché qui soggiornano molti gruppi numerosi. Io viaggiavo come singola e ho sempre fatto lunghe code e ricevuto al mio turno scarsa attenzione.
Sono partita prestissimo e non potevo fare colazione in albergo, mi è stato fornito su mia richiesta un cestino, come di solito avviene in questi casi. Il.contenuto era acqua, un piccolo succo di frutta e fette biscottate con piccole marmellate. Come si può consumare tale colazione? In tutti gli altri alberghi era ben più consono a un consumo al sacco ( un panino imbottito, una merenda morbida, un pezzo di torta ecc).

Een prima verblijf voor een paar nachten, behulpzaam en vriendelijk personeel.
Pros:

Ontbijt buffet was erg goed. Ook de lobby met een bar, met tafels en stoelen en een klein winkeltje waren top. De locatie is echt top, vlak naast de Santa Maria Basiliek.

Cons:

Het was lastig om de airco goed te reguleren. Hij kon niet zacht, waardoor die in mijn beleving, teveel koude wind blies. Het matras was aan de harde kant.
