Comfortable beds. Great sea view. Good shower. Very friendly welcome. Excellent restaurant. Peaceful but right in town centre. Our 4th visit and we will use again.
As we are getting older the lack of a lift makes the steep stairs harder but this is clearly stated and we will still book this hotel.
Fabulous location in the old port of Roscoff. We had sea views from our lovely bedroom. Breakfast was excellent. We were impressed by the service and facilities at this boutique hotel with its wonderful seafood restaurant and vibrant bar and terrace.
We thought that this was one of the nicest places we have stayed in France so the only thing we didnt like was having to leave to catch the ferry back to Plymouth after only one nights stay.

Friendly staff, room size was fine, location was ok, not too far from town and nice and quiet. Parking available and a reserved space for each guest (though a tight fit). The bed was comfortable and the sheets and pillows fine.
The room was quite tired with the floor heavily marked . Access is by a heavy sliding door so having just a little ventilation at night was difficult. The room was fairly small and there is no privacy unless you draw the curtains as other guests walk by outside. If they leave early, you are woken by them. Walls are thin, we could hear our neighbour snoring. TV is not satellite so only terrestrial channels available. Breakfast was not very good, I would go into town next time.

Dragging bags upstairs. We had been unsure how Breakfast worked but it might have been a busy time.

The food in the Hôtel restaurant was excellent.
Great view from the room. Well equipped and quiet. Good sized bathroom. The restaurant and breakfast were excellent. The location was incredible.
It was a long way up the stairs with suitcases and the bed was a standard double I think, so cosy. Some decor in the main areas would be nice to update, but the overall vibe was nice.

Good location to visit the village and have a habour view
slanted roof is a bit dangerous for walking along the bed while one needs to lower the head to avoid the collision. Shower cabin is a little too small for normal size adults. Coffee machine seems not working properly.

Disabled access to bedrooms was limited, need to use public car parks.
