Pros:

Il bar, la posizione e la strada che porta fino al mare.

Cons:

Qualità prezzo, staff un po’ freddo, stanze piccole. Paghi tutto e non è incluso nulla.

המלון נמצא רחוק מכל האקשן של קוסמוי
רבים מהנהגים לא הכירו את המלון והינו צריכים לעזור להם עם הניווט באמצאות waze.
המגבות היו עם חורים.
אין במלון ארוחת בוקר.
למספר של כ 4 אורחים עם מזוודות מאד צפוף.
במקלחת כיוון המים החמים היה מתחת לכיור ליד החשמל

Pros:

The staff is amazing, very kind and helpful. The location was incredible, with good restaurants, massage places and coffees nearby.

Cons:

The resort could have wellness activities. But the details showed this pretty well. I could find some yoga classes around and it was enough.

Prima, maar niet voor herhaling vatbaar.
Cons:

Ontbijt is zeer beperkt voor iemand met een ei-en lactose intolerantie.
De badkamer zat vol rioolvliegjes en rook ook naar riolering. Ik vermoed een rioolbreuk. Niet heel fris en niet hygiënisch. Schoonmaakster (mama) was erg lief en maakte de kamer heel netjes.
Bediening van het restaurant was erg wisselvallig. Vaak chagrijnig.
Manager was wel aardig.
Locatie viel ook tegen. Drukke straat, niet heel fijn met kinderen.

Perfect for the night befor e a flight but would have liked to stay longer. Such a lovely place.
Pros:

Great beach front access and small place so felt very comfortable. Friendly staff. Only stayed night before flight out and treated to a beautiful sunset.

Beautiful place, would stay here again but would not eat at restaurant based on price.
Pros:

Great location, beautiful beach front room with amazing view. Very clean and well presented overall. Staff were mostly friendly - lady on reception was smiley and helpful.
Kids loved the beach side net hammocks/beds.
Would stay here again.

Bangrak pier is approx 200m away which is great for access to the lompraya if you're travelling to the other islands ( I suggest walking if you can manage - takes 5mins. Or get local taxi as the hotel transfer cost 150 per person)

Cons:

We had 3 plain croissants, toast and jam and a plain baguette on the first morning which seemed overly expensive- i believe approx 120baht+ each. The 6inch plain baguette was 150Baht, which is the price of the average main meal for dinner at a most of the places we ate across Thailand.

Having lived in Thailand, the pricing of these simple breakfast items, especially for a family of 5 was quite disappointing.

On one side, there's the beach, and on the other, the swimming pool.
The staff are super polite.
They have a recycling policy for water bottles. The staff give you a glass bottle, and you can refill it from the cooler anytime.

Cons:

Low shower pressure is a common issue in Phangan or Samui. 🚿
