Nice hotel, friendly staff
Pros:

The staff were very friendly, the pool area was well maintained

Jestem zadowolona, hotel spełnił wszystkie oczekiwania :) Pan Quentin przyjął nas bardzo życzliwie :)

Dostęp do basenu i bezpośrednie zejście na plażę

Pros:

Great location near the piers and the airport and therefore a good place for an early morning transfer. Rooms were basic but comfortable. Staff is friendly and supportive

Cons:

Pool is small. Both the pool and the beach have a limited number of beach beds, especially in the shade.

Sehr gepflegte Anlage, schöner Pool, tolle Liegen/ Hängematten direkt am Meer mit wunderschönen Sonnenuntergängen, nette Mitarbeiter, geräumiges Zimmer mit guter Belüftung durch Klimanlage und Ventilator. Bei der Buchung eines Scooters wurden wir unterstützt. Die Scooter dürfen nicht direkt vor dem Hotel geparkt werden, sondern ca. 5 Gehminuten entfernt. In der Umgebung gibt es viele Restaurants und Geschäfte umd wir waren schnell mit dem Taxi beim Flughafen und konnten sogar zu Fuß zum Hafen laufen. Die Katze und der Papagei Pepito haben uns sehr gefallen! Klare Empfehlung für dieses tolle Hotel!

Les logements sont très mal isolés impliquant une très forte chaleur dans les chambres. La Clim est présente mais pas suffisante pour bien refroidir.
Des marques étaient présentes sur les lits.

Das SoKohloon Beach Resort war insgesamt in Ordnung, aber für den Preis gibt es definitiv bessere Alternativen. Besonders ein Frühstück wäre wünschenswert gewesen, da es den Aufenthalt angenehmer machen würde. Der Pool ist leider ziemlich klein und lädt nicht wirklich zum Entspannen ein. Auch der Strandbereich könnte deutlich sauberer sein – teilweise ist es dort schmutzig und es kommt gelegentlich zu unangenehmen Gerüchen.

Positiv hervorzuheben ist das Personal, das durchgehend freundlich und hilfsbereit war. Die Zimmer sind solide und erfüllen ihren Zweck, auch wenn sie nichts Besonderes sind.

Fazit: Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt okay, aber wer mehr Komfort und ein besseres Gesamtpaket sucht, sollte sich nach anderen Optionen umsehen.

Small pool.

Cons:

No reception and no one availabale to help.
There was no electricity only in my room in the middle of the night.
for few hours, there is no one in the hotel to help and fix it and no one answer the phones , the sad part is until now no one bother to apologise for the inconvinence..
