Very basic hotel with the room needing lot of things to upgrade. I would not stay here again

overnight stay as close to the airport. would not stay hear again, room nothing like picture. think we were transferred into a different annex than the 1 booked -as we found there are 2- not worth the money....but bed linen and towel were clean

Very bad experience with staff and extra charges for guests to meet friends.

Except ventilation in room, all are very good. For example, food, behavior of staff, airport shuttle are excellent.

In transit and wouldn't have spent more time; apart from the free airport shuttle, nothing good to be mentioned. Bed blanket durty, corridor very Noisy, minimum service

This place was clean enough. Although the staff were not very accommodating. Asked me to pay an advance when I got there although I had already paid online. When I had checked out I stored my luggage there for a few hours. It seemed to be a lot of trouble for them to do this. Then when I asked if I could use a toilet they told me no. That there wasn't one... So I'm not sure what they use! Wouldn't stay here again. The room was clean though and the food for breakfast was good.

As most people do we used this hotel for a 1 night stopover but it was not so nice for us. It is basic which is fine but it was also dirty and noisy. The shower was more of a drip and the staff are very persistent when waiting for their tips! On a postive note they did collect us and drop us at the airport but I would probably rather stay in the airport rather than this hotel.

I stayed with my family on a transit trip just for one night, It is very close to the Airport...That was a big advantage, don't expect anything more for this price...Surroundings not to great... The room was clean,clean sheets and towels were provided. The staff was very helpful, they provided free pickup and drop to airport. As ours was late night flight , they called us one day before and assured us that pickup will be available even if flight is delayed at night ...( anytime at night).... and as soon as my flight landed I got a call from the driver, he picked me up from the airport and dropped me the following day back.
FOOD was very good and cheap..they provided room service also..
GOOD Hotel,if you are looking for a cheap accommodation near the Airport ...
But they run the water pump in the morning which makes lot of noise and disturbed my sleep..I had to ask them to turn it off which they promptly did.

We needed a hotel to stay in before our 4am flight, instead of hanging out at the airport. This hotel surprised us! they picked us up at the airport free of charge, the staff is very polite and very friendly, the room was very clean. the neighborhood wasn't the best but we were only there for less than 24 hours. We enjoyed our stay!

Not as expected..

It Was A Good Break For A Nap And Shower.

Extremely bad management. The front desk staffs constantly tries to cheat you. No marked prices on items available in the hotel for purchase (water and food) and that helps them pick your pocket as much as they like. Located in a very inconvenient corner of the city. Do never stay in this place.

Next day morning after the booking, I got call from hotel person saying "your booking is not confirmed. They told Expedia that all the rooms are booked but they allocated one room to you. However, this is not confirmed by them".

However, he said, after we reach there, he will help us to get an accommodation in the same hotel (if any cancellation done) or in another hotel.

Again, he called by 4.30 in the evening & asked me to cancel the booking in Expedia, he will try to get an accommodation in the same hotel or somewhere else since there is a discrepancy with Expedia and this hotel about the amount calculation.

Finally, I got another booked after roaming around Chromepet, Chennai. Nice experience that roaming in Chromepet roads with family and kids to search for accommodation after long drive where the accommodation is well planned already but no use. Thanks to Expedia & KEK Accommodation Annexure-1. Not sure what is the problem btn them. Finally, we as customer were victim.

Now, I have requested Expedia for redund. Let us see how they behave for this.

I have booked this hotel as this is close to Airport and it is in my budget.
The day I went was not good as there was power fluctuation in the hotel every 2-3 minutes and is was so annoying.
They charged extra money by saying that the price mentioned in the website was wrong.
Though they told this in advance, I could not verify with Expedia as I was very busy.
Also while booking the hotel, it was booked in Annexture building. but they gave the room in KEK Accomadation building. But I am not sure about the quality of rooms located in Annexture building.

If you are transitting through Chennai, and if you need a place to stay overnight before an early morning flight, then this hotel, is good, because it is just 2 km from the domestic airport.

Presence of other families make ladies feel confident of staying here.

The hotel arranged Taxi pickup from the Chennai Central Railway station against payment (Rs 700) while they provide free drop to and pickup from the airport as well as to/from the nearby (Pallavaram/Thirusoolam) electric-train-stations.

Understand that KEK Accommodation and KEK Accommodation Anexure 1 are under same management, since we booked for the latter, but got to stay in the former. NO COMPLAINTS.

First i opted for non ac and the room had some bad smell mixed with some cheap room spray, then moved to a/c room by paying rs.650 extra which was far better. But the staff was very helpful right from picking me from airport on time and very friendly. Still I wont recommend this hotel to anyone.

We arrived in india and missed the pickupservice cause we booked last minute and our phone was dead (nice service that they try to arrange a pick up on a foreign number on last minute :) ) but even the cab wasnot expensive ( 4€ including a good tip). Cause we a travelling on low budget we denied the a/c room, but we didn't know that the room has no windows so the air was really used after one day. This hotel is awesome for a one or maximum 2 night stay close to he airport. Unfortunatly they couldn't help with an bus information but they like to organize cabs ;) most of tourist probably use that. The area around is exiciting. It is full of locals and small street shops in the night if you just arrived kind a scary but i believe a save place. If you are adventourous try the dood around it is mostly really delicious, sheap and we got no problems. If you are not so adventourous you can order in the hotel. Save food of any style (indian, chinese, western) cheap, not as good as street food but aceptable to a good price. All in all for one night for the flight 100% again otherwise probably not (but chennai is in total not my city, it is to noisy and busy even in other areas). Ahh sort submit: nice staff, cleaness ok (towels little bit black but after 15minuts outside you are black aswell), window missing, area for airpirt awesome

Close ti airport and they arrange for the pickups. It ,s plus point. They could have kept a small piece of bathing soap.

Rooms were good and comfortable. Not very happy with the surrounding.
