Good potential but needs work.
Pros:

Good location and very helpful staff.

Cons:

Unfortunately the room was not well cleaned and could do with some repairing. The bathroom had broken tiles and the towels were not white anymore.

Mooi hotel met fijne vriendelijke hosts

De sfeer en de aankleding van het hotel. En de twee enthousiaste hosts.
Ontbijt was gevarieerd en prima
Fantastische hal en een prachtig gebouw met een verrassend klein terrasje achter. Mooie lounge.
Prima bedden.
Prachtig gesteven servetten bij ons ontbijt.

Cons:

De kroonluchter boven ons bed was kapot (kapotte steentjes, verschillende lampen erin)
Het kan zijn dat dit ‘bewust’ is gedaan als zijnde soort van item (net als de schilderijen / banksy elders in het hotel) maar het voelt wat oncomfortabel..

Leuk hotel, geweldig vriendelijke en attente bediening c.q. receptiebezetting.

Geweldig attente en vriendelijke bediening. Heerlijk en gevarieerd ontbijt, aan tafel per persoon geserveerd.
Mijn verzoek , kamer op begane grond, was keurig gehonoreerd.

Cons:

Kamers vertonen wel wat "ouderdoms gebreken". Op kamer 1: kabelgoten van TV hingen helemaal los, plafonniere brandde niet.
Tegeltjes los, stukje van de houten vloer kapot. Kleine dingen maar..............het blijft een Charmant Hotel.

Leuk kleinschalig hotel centraal gelegen in het Jekerkwartier uit de drukte met prima kamers voorzien van het hoognodige
Pros:

Ligging, kleinschalig, goed verzorgd en uitgebreid ontbijt.

Cons:

Geen airco, wel ventilator.
Voor ons geen probleem want het was niet zo warm.

Excellent experience
Pros:

We felt the hotel lived up to its name go in the sense that it was truly charming, and the details throughout the property were very nice. The location was also what we had hoped for, very close to the center of the city.

Cons:

With all the up charges, the price was a little stiff.

Das Zimmer war niedrig unter dem Dach, ziemlich hell-hörig , aber schon charmant, das Bett für uns zu weich
Der Kellner sehr nett, aber morgens zum Frühstück etwas überfordert, weil alleine kaum zu schaffen und Kaffeemaschinenbereich nicht wirklich sauber

Sehr gute Lage, toller Parkplatz (wenn man es erstmal geschafft hat dort hin zu kommen), schönes Gebäude

Cons:

Alles im Großen und Ganzen okay, aber leider gerade in den Details recht lieblos und verschlissen/veraltet: völlig zerschlissene Handtücher, lockerer Dusch-Schlauch, der sich immer wieder löste, kaum Haken im Badezimmer, uralter Fernseher und Ventilator, alte viel zu weiche Matratzen, nur ein Zimmerschlüssel für zwei Personen usw.

Wirklich charmante Unterkunft. Völlig verdiente 3 Sterne.

Wirklich charmant und entspannt. Ein netter Mensch am Empfang. Wir konnten gleich bei unserer Ankunft ca. 90 min. früher ins Zimmer. Danke dafür.
Frühstück hat uns gut gefallen. Und die Räumlichkeiten sind ungewöhnlich großzügig.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war ziemlich hellhörig und laut, da die Straße unbegrünt ist und gefühlt ein beliebter Weg, zu verschiedenen Partys geht. Es war bei unserem Aufenthalt in der Stadt ungewöhnlich heiß, sodass wir bei offenen Fenster schlafen mussten. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage.

Es gab steile Treppen und keinen Fahrstuhl. Das war für uns kein Problem, sollte man aber wissen.

Charmant hotel in rustige straat vlakbij het Vrijthof.
Ruime kamer, geen airco maar ventilator.
Gemoedelijke sfeer, kleine terrasje achter waar je ook kunt ontbijten.

Cons:

Jammer dat er geen koffie/ thee faciliteiten op de kamer zijn
