Perfect
Pros:

The large and beautiful clear lake was so high that it was already clear from there that the earth was not flat after all. It was round. :-) At first, it's scary for me that a glass panel separates me from 100-meter depths. But over time, it becomes lovable.

Cons:

Everything is fine now.

Pros:

近MRT站，交通很方便，雖然離市區遠一點，但周邊環境很方便也很安靜，物價也相對市區便宜，房間很大、兩房兩衛浴還有客廳與餐廳，很有家的感覺！服務人員非常親切，很棒。

ผ้าเช็ดตัว ผ้าเช็ดหน้า ผ้าเช็ดมือ ไม่เคยให้ไว้ครบ ต้องโทรตาม พื้นห้องทำความสะอาด ไม่ค่อยสะอาดเทาไหร่
ทีวีดูเน็ทได้แค่ห้องรับแขก ส่วนห้องนอนเป็นทีวีธรรมดา

Nous avons aimé l'établissement en général , la chambre très spacieuse , les équipements à l'intérieur, le breakfast qui était parfait pour nous, la sympathie du personnel , la piscine intérieure , et le métro collé à l'établissement qui est très pratique pour se déplacer

Nous avons eu plusieurs soucis avec notre chambre , des petits soucis pas très important à nos yeux ( la télévision de la chambre parentale ne fonctionnait pas , 1 lampe de la chambre parentale ne fonctionnait pas non plus , 1 lampe de la chambre des enfants n'avaient pas d'ampoule..)

Et un gros soucis qui nous a gâché notre séjour , l'odeur dans la salle de bain parentale , de remonté d'égouts !!! Nous avons appelé le personnel qui est venu et qui a constaté ces odeurs épouvantable , ils ont essayé de mettre des produits pour camoufler ces odeurs mais à notre retour le soir l'odeur s'était propagé dans toute la chambre !! Nous avons donc mouillé des serviettes , qu'on a mis sur les aérations pour stopper ces odeurs tout en laissant la porte de la salle de bain fermé jusqu'à notre départ le lendemain .

Vraiment très déçu sur ce point , payé un prix assez conséquent pour passer 2 nuits avec ces odeurs , autant vous dire que nous sommes très déçu.

Cons:

Le problème récurrent de Wifi et les matelas qui étaient séparés dans le même lit, ce qui crée un trou au mieux du lit

Great staff, terrible accomodation.

The staff were delightful. Extremely friendly, polite and helpful.

Very old and worn toilet, terrible wifi, shabby room with scratched furniture, not enough amenities and equipment, shabby gym with no aircon, shower water not hot enough, bad location.

Anbindung zur Magnetbahn.
Breakfast war nicht schlecht.

Cons:

Unter der neuen CROSS Hotelkette hat sich nichts geändert, ausser dem Logo - LUMEN. Waren 2024 schon mal hier, Zimmer sehen nicht besser aus, abgewohnt! Preis / Leistung nicht ausgewogen! Scheint bei den Chinesen trotzdem gut anzukommen.... 😒
