The size of the rooms gave a great sensation of personal space. The staff were very kind and treated me and my friends wonderfully. I would come here again.

Le personnel est très serviable et accueillant. La chambre était propre avec tous les équipements nécessaires pour une famille pour quelques jours. Petit-déjeuner varié. L'emplacement était parfait, à proximité de 2 grands centres commerciaux et du train night market.
Manque de pression pour la douche et manque des linges pour la psicine sinon très bien.
Nothing for the room, but the location is not bad and not too far from airport
About 10 light bulbs are not working in the room initially assigned to us on the 14th floor, en-suite started to flood just around 2 minutes after I started showering. The front desk lady was saying that the hotel was full and wish that we could stayed in that room for a night. But she can then changed our room to another one after I insisted. So I guess they can help if you insist?

Had a faulty oven (replaced) and with full kitchen facility but many of the cooking utensils are not there, have to request from housekeeping.

I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the room and the amenities available in the room. It was all so beautiful! I wish I would have been able to stay longer. I ordered the chicken, veggies, and cashews and it was delicious.
I was very happy to see a washer/dryer combo in my room but there was no laundry soap. There was no way for me to call down to the front desk, the phone in the room didn't seem to be working.
Great breakfast. The hotel is really close to major shopping centres and the rooms are wonderful. Our room had wonderful views over the city and having a washing machine was an added bonus.
The bathroom is a little outdated but is very clean.
