Pros:

Nothing that was offered was there. Bad location, they forgot to send the shuttle to pick up , nothing in the room, wifi only in certain spots of the Lobby and hardly worked. In brief, not good at all.

The man at the reception was nice and helpful.
Pros:

They offered shuttle from the airport. Even thought I reminded them the day before our arrival, they "forgot".
The wifi is only in the lobby, not in the rooms.

Pros:

We booked and paid for the hotel on Hotels.com. When we arrived at the hotel, the receptionist was very rude. He denined that we had paid, and said that the hotel was full booked.

They did not want to borrow us their WIFI, so we could contact hotels.com.

A very bad experience, the rest of the staff just laught at us when we left.

Don't Pick this Hotel, there are 100 of other good hotels in Dar.

Hotels.com was very helpfull and we Got our money back.

Pros:

got in very late, checked in. There was some confusion about the booking, but it was fine in a few minutes. Hotel room was nicer and more comfortable then expected.
