quirky oasis and haven
Pros:

A little oasis close to Coromandel town (unspoilt and not commercialised like so many NZ urban areas).
A perfect launching point for visiting the west coast of the beautiful Coromandel peninsula.
Jen, who has just acquired the property, made us especially welcome.
Property is pretty quirky and fun.
