Pros:

Very convenient location. Breakfast was good but lacked variety. Staff were very polite and did provide whatever was asked. Beds ate comfortable and rooms are huge

Cons:

A major turn off was the stray cats which the hotel staff could not keep out, so every time the door opened, one had to be weary of a stray cat running into the room. They should sit right in front of the room doors. A cat even scratched a staff member until he bled and needed first aid

Pros:

Excellent location. Very helpful staff, rooms are spacious, bathrooms are big. Shower pressure very good. Was snowing so the heating all through was excellent. Breakfast was generous but limited variety. Staff went out of their way to make the stay comfortable and supplied additional bottled water whenever required. Even warmed food for us that was bought outside. Overall a very good and relaxing stay

Cons:

Unfortunately the shower drain had a terrible sewage smell amd in the bathroom as well which was really offensive. We thought it was coming from outside hence we did not report to staff. Only on the last day we discovered it was from the shower. Besides this, the over stay was incredible

Pros:

Helpful, polite, very friendly staff. Clean and cozy rooms. Excellent breakfast. Great location close to the town center, with several restaurant and café options. The landscape is breathtaking. A beautiful place. Excellent value for money.

Everything was great except some staff behaviour
Pros:

Room was quite large compare to other properties. Location was great not too noisy but everything was in walking distance.

Cons:

A man who look like manager at Breakfast area, his manner and the way he spoke to us very disappointed. Look like he was not happy to welcome Asian tourists. By the way, the way he took care other nations tourists was so different, he was so welcome with big smile and warm greetings.

Pros:

The hotel room was clean and extremely quiet. Good location, walking distance from the tourist area in Göreme, but yet far enough to be away from the noise. Breakfast was decent. The Love valley from where we were sightseeing balloons in the morning is a 7 min drive away.

Hotel en un edificio precioso. Habitaciones muy amplias, cómodas y limpias. Localizado cerca del centro de la localidad de Goreme a la que se accede fácilmente caminando y cerca de las atracciones más habituales de la Capadocia (Chimeneas de Hadas, Museo de Goreme, pueblos trogloditas y subterráneos). Aparcamiento gratuito en el establecimiento. Desayuno turco estupendo

I loved goreme and wished I had more time!
Pros:

Great location. I was wanting to walk to a lot of locations and it was possible. The breakfast was the best I’ve had in turkey!

Cons:

Room was very warm even when you didn’t have the heater on. But was cleaned beautifully everyday!

Великий комфортний номер для родини. Чистий, достатньо косметики, рушники та тапочки, банні халати. Дуже красивий вид з веранди. А також є зал для відпочинку окремо, що зручно, якщо велика родина. Номер нам дуже сподобався. Ванна з джакузі. Діти були в захваті.

Cons:

Було дуже холодно і ми ввімкнули кондиціонери. Вони не гріли. Коли ми відкрили їх щоб подивитися на решітки, то там було ДУЖЕ БАГАТО бруду та пилюки. Тільки після того, як ми помили, то кондиціонер почав опалювати приміщення. І коли ти йдеш з номеру, то кондиціонер вимикається і приміщення так і не нагрівається. Тобто, взимку я б тут не хотіла жити. Холодно дуже. А ще всього 1 рулон туалетного папіру на родину на декілька днів. Ну... таке собі, наче знущання. Немає сушилки для рушників. 1 раз витерся і все... рушник не сохне і його треба міняти. Дуже холодгл у ванній кімнаті.
Сніданок з 8.30 до 10.30 шведиьский стіл. Ми прийшли о 9.30. Вже половини блюд не було. І їх не оновлювали. Прийшлося просити, щоб нам посмажили яйця і сосиски. І це зробили без особливого задоволення.

Pros:

Perfect room for a 2 day stay in Goreme. Comfortable beds, great bathroom and delicious breakfast. Easy walk to cafe and restaurants and parking out the front.

Posizione vicino al centro, parcheggio comodo, stanza ampia, colazione buona e abbastanza varia.

Cons:

In quattro giorni di permanenza è saltata la corrente al piano 3 volte. La doccia avrebbe bisogno di manutenzione, i raccordi perdono acqua. Il bagnoschiuma e i saponi non vengono ripristinati giornalmente, abbiamo dovuto chiedere in reception.

Pros:

We had a lovely stay. The hotel is very centrally located and walking distance from the town. Our room was as expected, clean and well kept during our stay. Breakfast was something to look forward to, to start our day of exploring.
