Pros:

Close to restaurants,clean facility, friendly staff,

Cons:

That the pool was closed for maintenance,I should have been informed because that was why I booked the hotel. Also the housekeeping staff were going in and out of the doors making their slam when you were trying to sleep and then the room next door to me had balloons all over the room and they were popping them and they were making a loud noise as well. They should be considerate of the guests when they are going in and out of rooms letting the doors slam behind them. Also in the bathroom the bathroom door would not stay open it closed up behind you because the door was too heavy to stay open by itself. The toilet ran and had to shake the handle in order to stop the toilet from running.

I am not sure about returning to this hotel
Pros:

I like this property’s location, close to all the Asian markets and Korean town.

Cons:

The receptionist is not accommodating. She gave us a wrong type room even thought I showed her my reservation. I had to complain with Booking.com. Later at 9pm she called me down to offer another room. She said she had found my reservation
