Pros:

The hotel is quiet. However, I recommend checking in early if arriving on a weekend. Our prepaid confirmed two-bed room was changed to a single large bed room upon our late arrival, and the young male manager stated that room types are not guaranteed. Additionally, the single-bed room was quite small. And rooms close to the elevator suffer from noticeable operational noise. Due to the lack of room guarantee and noise issues, I do not recommend this hotel.

The room was very clean and comfortable

Cons:

The check in process from the front desk upon arrival. He was loud and it was a mix up in our booking . He basically said it was nothing he could do for us. After, me showing him my info on my cell phone. Then he looked for the booking. Not good customer service at all .

Other than pool incident nice stay

Cons:

The fact that they have a pool and when the kids played in the pool a guy and and said to the kids not to splash because the water is coming in thru walk .found it odd to tell kids when the door is right. near the pool

Pros:

Had a wonderful stay! Friendly staff, clean and comfy rooms. A few areas were being renovated, but it didn't interfere with our stay at all. Would definitely stay here again.
