Pros:

Staff were very kind and helpful. Location was great.

Cons:

Beds and pillows were very uncomfortable. I called reception to advise of we could have a possible solution to this, unfortunately no help.

ゆっくり滞在を楽しんだ
Pros:

ホテルが大きく造りもゴージャス。部屋はキングベットの部屋で一人にはとても広く、日常を忘れてゆったりと過ごすことが出来た。
レストランの朝食は素晴らしかった。
毎朝いただいたのはデトックスウォーターととても立派な大きさのスモークサーモン(流石北海道)そしてご飯が美味しくいただけた肉豆腐、連日はなかったが熱々のちまき、デザートでは季節メニューのいちごのタルト、コーヒーも毎朝二杯いただいた。夜には無料でアルコールなどがいただける場所にもなっていて、お子さんから年配者、お酒が飲めない方にも楽しめるラインナップになっていて とても良いなぁと思った。とにかく天井が高くガラス窓もあいまって閉塞感が皆無。気持ち良い空間での飲食は毎回楽しみであった。
忘れてはいけないのは１階のショップ。ホテル内で必要な飲み物やおつまみ、お菓子、アイスもあり、北海道の作家さんの品物が沢山置いてあったり。とても広い店内でワクワク感が止まらなかった。スタッフの方のとても丁寧で温かな接客には心から感謝。
フロントのスタッフ皆さんも親しみやすく品があってとても好感が持てた。
三泊四日の一人旅、大変お世話になりました。

Cons:

中心部から離れているので静かではあるが、周りにお店が少なかった事くらい。
コンビニ(ファミマ)が歩いてすぐの所に一軒あり。

Enjoyable stay in a very reasonably priced hotel.
Pros:

Pleasant staff and good sized rooms. Complimentary drinks and snacks in the evening at the lounge including alcoholic brinks making it a great spot to relax.

Cons:

Some rooms are quite dated. Location is a fair walk from the man shopping area.

良いホテルに泊まれたと思う⭕️
Pros:

1人では広すぎるベット
札幌テレビ塔のライトアップがとても綺麗だった

Cons:

化粧するのに電気が暗かった。
寝る時電気が明るすぎた。
ドア入り口の所だけでよかったかな
私が使い方をしらなかったのか？
