Relax in Sapporo
Pros:

I didn’t book the room with breakfast but the included evening happy hour with appetizers, cocktails, beer and wine was a real treat. The room, bathroom and bed were clean and comfortable.The airport shuttle is not a dedicated bus but one that picks up at the hotel along with other stops. It no longer runs all day but stops only at 9:35 and 10:35 and takes 1.5 hours to get to the airport.

Cons:

Adjust hours for evening happy hour and shuttle in the description when they change.

お湯と氷の件以外は快適でまた泊まりたい

ロケーション、お部屋の清潔さ、広さ、周囲からの音漏れなく静か、お掃除が行き届いている

Cons:

シャワーや洗面台のお湯の温度調節がしづらく、熱いお湯からなかなか下がらず困った　製氷機がなく、氷を自由に手に入れにくい　お願いすれば持ってきてもらえるが。

Pros:

Nice view from our room and it was spacious. Staff helpful and when we moved rooms kindly took our bags up to the new room. The afternoon and evening drinks free of charge in the restaurant area is a real bonus. Walkable from the station and more central areas of Sapporo.

Cons:

The room was quite dated in terms of furnishings and bathroom. For a hotel this size felt like it lacked facilities like a gym.
