Good value for money, would totally recommend
Pros:

The hotel’s location is excellent, with the night market just a short walk away which is an added bonus. There are numerous food and shopping options immediately outside the hotel. The staff were accommodating and helpful throughout the stay. The property is clean and offers very good value for the price.

Cons:

Our booking includes breakfast however we were not able to try it. Wish we could have tried their buffet breakfast otherwise, everything is good. :)

Pros:

Prachtige kamer met een erg fijn bed. Erg schoon. Vriendelijk personeel. Goed ontbijt. Leuke straat met gezellige terrasjes en eettentjes.

Cons:

Zwembad is wat raar om er te komen. Geluid van de straat.

Good location, sufficiently clean and accomodating, but not inviting.
Pros:

The breakfast was the best part of staying here; we're vegetarians and they had just enough options to keep us content. The location is good if you want to explore the Old Quarter. The staff are friendly and very fluent in English.

Cons:

The room looked way different in real life than in the pictures. The ceiling was low. There was nothing relaxing, inviting or cozy about the room. It felt like a hole you wanted to escape (even though it was sufficiently clean and the bathroom was fine). You hear the noise from the outside at all hours (although greatly reduced). If you can get a deal on this place, consider it, otherwise don't. We paid a lot for a New Year's stay, a week later we were back in Hanoi and we paid less to stay in a much fancier, inviting and nice hotel (also with a good breakfast) and it was even closer to the attractions in the Old Quarter.

Pros:

非常方便的位置基本上在老城區走路一直經過

Cons:

Enjoyable stay at Classy Hotel
Pros:

Thu & her team were very welcoming & made our stay enjoyable. They allowed us early access to our rooms which was much appreciated.
Great location. Fantastic breakfasts. Rooms were comfortable & clean.

Cons:

Some minor problems like a TV Remote that barely worked. The staff did try to fix for us.

Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut, das Personal ist ebenfalls sehr gut, sehr freundlich, immer aufmerksam und zugewandt. Fehlt beim Frühstück etwas, wird dies sofort nachgereicht.

Cons:

Die Zimmerangaben sind nicht korrekt, unsere Junior Suite sollte 30qm haben, tatsächlich sind es höchstens 20qm. Hier ist unseres Erachtens auch Booking.com gefragt, die soviel Verhandlungsmacht haben, dass sie auf Complianceregeln vestehen könnten, also ehrliche Angaben gegenüber den Kunden. Jeden Morgen hört man durch die angeblich schallisolierten Zimmer laute Ansprachen, von denen man wach wird. Das ist an Ausschlafen nicht zu denken.
