My main activity was visiting the Angkor Wat temple complex and just checking out Siem Reap.
Pros:

Just a great facility with kind staff. Location is rightin the heart of Siem Reap. Every thing is easy at Reaksmey.

I checked in on January 23, 2026. I booked a standard room and was upgraded to a larger room. ,The room was not clean; the bathtub was unusable for relaxing with warm water, only for showering. The bedroom was infested with mosquitoes and geckos., I understand that the room isn't very soundproof., My boyfriend and I were sick and hadn't gotten enough rest, but this wasn't the main problem as we thought a little more rest would improve things. But it didn't. We went to bed at 4:00 AM and had to wake up at 6:00 AM (January 24, 2026). That should have been a time when everyone was sleeping, but we couldn't sleep at all because they let other customers swim in the pool early in the morning. The screaming and shouting disturbed our rest. That morning, we went to see a doctor around 7:40 AM. Then, January 25, 2026 arrived, and we still couldn't get any rest because they were still letting other groups of customers swim from 7:00 AM. We, who were sick, couldn't get any rest in our room. (I informed the staff about this, but they couldn't help at all.)

I think the management should come down and inspect the business themselves.

Η τοποθεσία είναι φοβερή, έχεις τα πάντα δίπλα σου σε απόσταση αναπνοής. Το ξενοδοχείο είναι πολύ όμορφο και το προσωπικό είναι εξαιρετικό

Cons:

Επειδή είναι δίπλα από τον δρόμο που γίνεται ο χαμός το βράδυ καλό θα ήταν να έχετε μαζί σας ωτοασπίδες γιατί αποκλείεται να κοιμηθείτε με τόσο θόρυβο

Unacceptable snd yet we were charged for one night

THE HOTEL WAS FULL OF MOULD, IT STANK OF DAMP, IT WAS DIRTY, NO HOT WATER AND WE COULD NOT STAY THERE. WE WERE CHARGED ONE
NIGHTS COSTS BECAUSE WE WERE IN THE ROOM. WE WALKED OUT AND FOUND SOMEWHERE NEARBY TO STAY.
