Die Unterkunft war sehr sehr sauber und das Personal war äußerst hilfsbereit und freundlich.
Die Lage des Hotels aber dafür kann das Hotel nicht 😃
La colazione non era abbondante ma abbiamo trovato un giusto mix tra dolce e salato in modo da accontentere tutti i palati. Letti comodi e stanza pulita. Parcheggio all'ingresso dell'Hotel, lo inserisco tra le cose che mi sono piaciute perchè abbiamo avuto la fortuna di occupare l'ultimo posto libero tra i 5 disponibili
La hall dell'hotel è molto curata per cui quando entri ti da l'idea di un hotel molto ben tenuto invece le camere sono rovinate e poco curate anche se molto pulite. La doccia è all'interno della vasca da bagno. Le stanze affacciano sulla strada e tutta la notte si sentono le auto (almeno in quelle del 1° piano)
the owner was switching off the AC during the night and aslo the lobby during the day although the temperature was very hot. staffs were very good but breakfat was very poor. we asked the owner to put the AC but did not do it and we complained about it but did not listen so we were sweating all night. and even during the day when we wanted to sit in the hotel reception area , the owner had the AC off. I will never stay there again.
Its location
The staff weren’t helpful. I arrived late and wanted a cup of coffee. In the room there were coffee making facilities but the kettle had a euro plug rather than a uk plug. It rendered it useless. I went down to reception to ask for assistance and was faced with sorry but I can’t help you. It seems crazy that someone has put in a euro plug but with no adapter.
I finally convinced him to go and search for another kettle. About 15 minutes later he knocks on my door with a different kettle, one with the correct plug. He then tells me he normally wouldn’t do this for customers and I should be grateful. Yes, he actually said that !!!!
Finally managed to make a cup of coffee with a kettle that boils but didn’t switch itself off. I couldn’t make this up if I tried 😂
The following morning I had toast with mouldy bread for my breakfast 😒

Breakfast was nice and enough to kick-start the day. The location was very good, a very short drive to the Old Town and even central. The staff were very pleasant, special mention of Emilianao and Elinori.
