Pros:

L'hôtel est très pratique : situé à quelques pas de la Tokyo Tower, dans un quartier calme et sur une ligne de métro qui dessert les quartiers de Tokyo facilement. Personnel très serviable et gentil. Services boissons et buanderie 24h/24. Chambre spacieuse et confortable. Toutes commodités.

Cons:

L’hôtel est situé dans un quartier dépourvu de restaurants et de supermarchés autour.

The value for money is fair. The rooms are entered without passing from the reception, which can be an advantage. The location is convenient to get on the JR lines and to the airport.

Cons:

The main defect is that the room windows don't open, making it very difficult to get fresh air into the room. The area near Shiba Park is not the most interesting in Tokyo. Breakfast is a little expensive.

大変助かりました。
Pros:

飛行機が遅れに遅れ終電を逃したため利用しました。
予約時すでに0:00過ぎでしたが、問題なくチェックインできました。部屋の清潔感、スタッフの対応、アメニティ申し分ないです。羽田近くで泊まるよりずっとコストを抑えられることができました。ありがとうございます。

Cons:

利便性と休めることに重きを置いていたため、特にないです。

La falta de comunicacion. Siendo un hotel ninguno de los empleados sabia articular 1 frase completa en ingles.

Pros:

L'hotel era situato in una zona molto tranquilla, a soli 2 minuti dalla linea metro Mita, ed a circa 10 minuti dalla linea metro Asakusa, il che ci ha permesso di raggiungere facilmente diverse attrazioni e zone della città. L'hotel era accogliente e lo staff gentile, con reception 24/7. Il check-in ed il check-out sono stati facili e veloci. La pulizia è stata impeccabile.

Cons:

La stanza era piuttosto piccola per 3 persone, ma eravamo già a conoscenza quando abbiamo prenotato. Era comunque in linea con le dimensioni di altri hotel e alloggi. Non c'erano tanti ristoranti nella zona. Ciò non ci ha disturbato più di tanto dato che eravamo lì per visitare ed esplorare Tokyo.

Pros:

Staff were very nice and helpful. The hotel received our luggage and gave it for the shipping company.
The room was spacious and overall clean. Vending machines available.

Cons:

The light in the corridor are if the room was not working. There were also stains on my bedsheets..

Great place to stay!
