Central Park Saigon Hotel

The location was great as it was right on Hai Ba Trung. The neighborhood is very walkable and there are tons of cute cafes, shops, etc. The staff was so kind, helpful and sweet! Minh, Long, Elliot and everyone else were so wonderful! The following points are why I would give it 3 stars:

-rooms are a decent size but we've stayed at other 4-5 stars (Vinpearl for example) and they're way nicer and bigger
-shampoo but no conditioner
-no lotion
-free water bottles but sodas in mini fridge are extra charge
-air conditioning only goes to 16C
-hallways are very humid and hot
-breakfast hotels are lacking compared to other hotels in Saigon. Same food every day and not a wide selection of Vietnamese food that we are used to from other hotels. Only options were beef or chicken pho. I wish were was vinamilk or Vietnamese iced coffee (all other hotels in VN I've been to serve these two basic items). Not even plain congee to eat with salted duck egg like the other hotels.
-hotel was stingy with staff. The same poor employee serving the pho bar was also the same person needing to bus the tables so I would feel bad they were overworked.
-no turn down service
-no snacks
-flip flops in rooms are re-used (not new for guests). I'm all for sustainability but they weren't even cleaned between guests. I washed them myself in the shower to use.
-very walkable neighborhood and close to Tan Dinh church and market.
-no concierge. Sometimes they had 1 bellman and 1 receptionist and they did multiple roles. So when there's a rush of guests, the poor receptionist had to do everything for everyone.

The police randomly came to do their checks or whatever which I thought was incredibly rude because it was around 11pm. We were a room full of women and they'd demand that the hotel staff walk them to each room to check our passports. The hotel already did their jobs and took note of our passports upon arrival. This is not the hotel's fault. It's the cops that do that and that's wrong. It's rude to the guests and not every guest is present in their room at that time. The hotel staff apologized many times and I told them it's ok, it's not their fault.

I will reiterate how lovely the staff was. They definitely made our experience a great one! Just one staff member made us feel a bit off but otherwise everyone was great. Thanks so much!

I recently stayed at KiN Central Park Hotel for a business trip and was pleasantly surprised by its new look after the renovation. The design with lots of greenery creates a very relaxing atmosphere, almost like staying at a small resort in the city. I also enjoyed the facilities, especially the rooftop bar and the gym. Breakfast was served in a spacious restaurant with a good variety of dishes. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I would consider coming back on my next trip

The hotel’s location is extremely convenient for getting to the city center. It is just a short walk from Turtle Lake, one of the most well-known landmarks in Ho Chi Minh City. There are also plenty of convenience stores nearby, making it very easy to grab anything you might need during your stay.

In addition, the surrounding area is full of beautiful cafés, perfect for relaxing or taking some great check-in photos. The breakfast served at the hotel’s restaurant offers a good variety of dishes, all prepared with familiar and comforting flavors by the chef.

What impressed me the most, however, was the hotel’s decoration. The space is beautifully designed with green leaf models that create a refreshing atmosphere and a close-to-nature feeling, making me feel comfortable and at ease. The décor and color palette are cool and soothing, with green and white as the main tones. There is also a hot tub, which was especially wonderful for relaxing after a long and tiring day of sightseeing.

Overall, it’s a great choice for anyone looking for a well-located hotel with convenient amenities, stylish décor, and a pleasant dining experience.

We had a great business trip staying at Kin Central Park. Everything was well organized, comfortable, and very convenient for work. The location and services made my stay smooth and efficient.

I had a very pleasant stay at Kin Central Park Hotel after its recent renovation. The hotel feels fresh, clean, and welcoming with a warm, modern design. The room was comfortable, the bed was soft, and cleanliness was well maintained throughout the stay.

The staff were friendly and professional, and the check-in/check-out process was quick and efficient. I also enjoyed the modern gym and the jacuzzi with a green garden setting, which was very relaxing. Breakfast was quite good, with tasty and satisfying options.

Overall, a great choice for both leisure and business travelers. I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again.

The staff were extremely welcoming and pleasant. They made every effort to assist with my needs such as setting up an app to find a cab during a rain storm.

Directly opposite the hotel is a well presented and well maintained 40 acre park which is perfect for an early morning or evening stroll.
The staff are very friendly and remembered me from my previous visit.
One slightly confusing thing is the location of the restaurant (lower ground floor) in relation to access by the hotel's three lifts.
