A comfortable hotel in a good location.
Pros:

The staff were extremely welcoming and pleasant. They made every effort to assist with my needs such as setting up an app to find a cab during a rain storm.

Cons:

The hotel is a bit tired, the furniture is a bit worn. However, this is my first stay in Vietnam so my expectations might be unrealistic.

Pros:

Directly opposite the hotel is a well presented and well maintained 40 acre park which is perfect for an early morning or evening stroll.
The staff are very friendly and remembered me from my previous visit.
One slightly confusing thing is the location of the restaurant (lower ground floor) in relation to access by the hotel's three lifts.

I had a fantastic stay at Kin Central Park Hotel, located at 223 Hai Ba Trung, District 3. The hotel is beautifully designed, combining modern comfort with a touch of elegance. Its location is perfect — right in the heart of the city, yet still peaceful and quiet at night.

The rooms were spotless, stylish, and very comfortable. I especially loved the soft bed and high-quality linens. The bathroom was modern and fully equipped, with great water pressure and nice amenities.

What truly made my stay exceptional was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. They went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed, offering great recommendations for places to visit and eat.

Fantastic hotel
Pros:

I've stayed at this hotel many times, and this visit, everything was wonderful! The room was upgraded, there were welcome drinks, the room was clean, the staff were very helpful with luggage, and the breakfast was incredibly diverse.

I spent two nights here and really enjoyed my stay. The room was clean, roomy, and had a lovely window view overlooking the park — such a calm and relaxing vibe. Starting the day with sunlight and greenery through the curtains was truly refreshing.

The staff were kind and attentive. The breakfast buffet was flavorful and matched my taste well. For the quality and service, the price felt very fair. I’d absolutely love to return when I get the chance! <3
