I hope to come back.
Pros:

Wonderful stay.
Great and helpful staff, quickly responding to any requests.
Delicious breakfast buffet, eggs to order.
Great views from the room of Ho Tay. Generous size room. Windows open. Great sunset views.
Location great - many vegan restaurants nearby, walking around the lake lovely, easy taxi distance to old quarter.

Cons:

Windows in room didn’t close properly so street noise was higher.
Room floors were not cleaned daily.
A bedside lamp next to each bed would be really helpful.

Delightful in Every way.
Pros:

Excellent staff, very friendly and responsive to requests.
Excellent room, spacious, clean, beautiful lake views, cleaned and replenished daily.
Great location on Tay Ho with long term staff who clearly loved their jobs and the hotel.
Delicious buffet breakfast we didn’t know we were going to receive when we made the booking.

Cons:

Our initial room on the fifth floor had an unpleasant odour, we were moved rooms when we asked, to a higher floor.
The TV was very intermittent in reception.

A generous warm and treasured experience.
Pros:

Our stay was so lovely.
We were given a room on a high floor after the first night so we could see Tay Ho lake.
Our room was spacious with two beds, cleaned and restocked daily.
Breakfast was on the 11th floor with exquisite outdoor seats and views. Options were varied with pho, fruit, eggs, salads, meats, rice, juices, tea and coffee.
The staff were very responsive and dealt with any requests quickly.
Staff gave us constant care and attention and seemed to enjoy their jobs and the hotel they were part of. It is not always the case to see this.
We would return any opportunity.

Pros:

The hotel maybe was built long time ago and the room is too old with the bad smell. The bathroom and toilet are not clean with the cup had black stain inside.

Pros:

知名度が低くGoogle マップを見せてもその通りタクシーは行かない。1本道でも曲がろうとする。タクシーの問題とも言える。ホテルの前のテラスにはファンで涼しく過ごせ快適でした。きゅうに宿泊が必要になり夜中1時にネットで予約できたのはありがたかった。

Best hotel in Hanoi
Pros:

We stayed 3days in this hotel the room which we were in with the window lake view. The staffs were very helpful and good friendly. Breakfast was ok. I recommend this hotel when you visit Hanoi Vietnam.

Lovely meal and view
Pros:

We stayed at this hotel and ate here on Xmas eve - lovely setting pricier than some of the restaurants around but worth it. We had cocktails and the food was lovely. All the staff are very friendly. View is over Westlake and it is aptly named because you can indeed see the sun sit from here.

Next to the lake
Pros:

Great location across from West Lake. Ideally situated to get around. We were 6 so rented scooters nearby. Nice big hotel rooms very comfortable. Breakfast offered was a bit disappointing though for the per night cost.

少しだけゴミが落ちてましたが、大体掃除されていました。
湖がほとんど見えない部屋で、バイクのクラクション、犬、鶏の鳴き声がよく聞こえました。
