Piaciuto la posizione, tranquillità (una delle due camere aveva la vista diretta sull'Empire SB), il servizio e la disponibilità del personale. Ottimo nel mio caso di famiglia. Pulizia camere e bagni.

Cons:

In una delle due camere vi era della moquette consumata e un pò raffazzonata la sigillatura attorno al termoconvettore. Ma niente di drammatico. Assolutamente accettabile ed usufruibile

We were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely stay at this hotel again in the future.
Pros:

The hotel is located close to the Empire State Building, making it an excellent location for tourists. Within a 5-minute walk, there are several subway stations, as well as numerous attractions that can easily be reached on foot, including the New York Public Library, Grand Central Terminal, Bryant Park, and the Empire State Building. The breakfast served in the hotel café was very good. Daily housekeeping was of a high standard. Although the room was not particularly large, it was clean and comfortable. The view from the window overlooking the main street was beautiful. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful.
We would gladly choose this hotel again during our next visit to New York.

Cons:

Additional fee for luggage storage - in my opinion, luggage storage should be provided free of charge on both the day of arrival and the day of departure.
Due to the hotel’s central location in Manhattan, street noise can be heard particularly at night and in the early morning, even on the 13th floor, including garbage trucks, emergency vehicles with sirens, and other street activity. This may be a minor inconvenience for some guests, but it did not bother us, as after a full day of sightseeing, you can sleep well almost anywhere.

Hotel com excelente custo-benefício
Pros:

O hotel é maravilhoso, do lado de várias estações de metrô e a equipe é muito gentil e solícita. Dependendo de qual quarto ficar, ainda tem a vista perfeita para o Empire Building State. O quarto foi muito confortável, com limpeza impecável. Localização central para várias atrações turísticas Adoramos e recomendamos.

Posizione centralissima! Vicino alla 5th Avenue, Bryant e Madison Park, e a 8 minuti da Times Square. Incredibile! Letti comodi e colazione disponibile a pagamento presso il bar interno all'hotel. Vista sull'Empire!!!!

Cons:

E' andato tutto bene.

Ich hatte mit Frühstück gebucht, das Frühstück findet in einem sehr kleinem Cafe statt, Obst und Gemüse war zu keiner Zeit vorhanden, zudem gab es sehr lange Wartezeiten bis die Bestellung am Tisch ankam

מיקום מעולה. נקי. צוות מסור. אווירה נעימה ומרגיש כמו מקום מפלט מההמולה בחוץ.

Cons:

ישנו שלושה בחדר של שתי מיטות. המיטות מעט צרות נראה לי מגודל קווין סייז רגיל. החדר לא גדול. אבל במחיר שלו, זו אופציה טובה.

冷蔵庫、ポットなし。朝食は、サイトからだと無料のものがあるように見えるが実際にはない。立地は比較的安全。チェックインしたとき、何かのミスで部屋にドライヤーがなく、何度か確認してやっと持ってきてもらえた（謝罪はなかった。）
