Acogedor, limpio moderno y pequeño, gente muy amable.
Pros:

Los ascensores funcionaban muy bien, que para ser NY es una excepción. Los trabajadores muy amables, y la pieza si bien es bastante pequeña, cumple y es bonita ademas tiene buena vista. Un lugar seguro y limpio y con artefactos modernos. Buen baño.

Cons:

Las camas son pequeñas, yo soy baja de estatura asi que para mi no fue problema, peroalguien mas alto si los tendrá ha que son más cortas de lo habitual. Ademas las camas on blandas, preferiría un colchón con mas consistencia pero es algo de gusto personal. La habitación es pequeña pero cumple con lo necesario.

Para el precio parece un bed and breakfast normalito....el desayuno no es bufet,si lo coges con desayuno puedes solo consumir en su cafetería 20 dolares si te pasas pagas.
Artículos de baño cero.....la hab no estaba bien aislada del ruido.....ah y el sábado aunque tengas el desayuno incluido, cierran el bar.....en otros Best western que he estado de New york y del mundo eran mucho mejores...no lo recomendaría

Pros:

Location is good, really close to Penn Station and popular tourist areas of New York.

Cons:

Lots of noise not just from the street but also from the hallways. Doors were slamming all night.

Great stay wuth a little street noise
Pros:

"The front desk staff were very friendly and attentive. Special thanks to the lady with the head covering, who was exceptionally kind, courteous, and helpful. She provided outstanding customer service and made our stay even better."

Cons:

The TV in the neighboring room was played at a high volume and could be heard clearly from our room. Also, since we were staying on the third floor, street noise was noticeable during the night, which made it a little difficult to sleep.

My all time favorite hotel in NYC

Great location. Taxi service charged more than frontdesk said they would.
Pros:

The location is great. They have nice refreshing drinking water in the lobby.

Cons:

No coffee maker in the room. When frontdesk staff called me a taxi to the airport he said the final price would be $145 for my family in the busy time. The driver actually charged me $178.
