Cons:

Nos hicieron pagar por dejar las maletas en la consigna. La habitación para 4 era muy pequeña. Las camas no son king size.

Czysty hotel w dobrej lokalizacji
Pros:

Świetna lokalizacja, wygodne duże łóżko. Codzienna zmiana ręczników i pościeli - czysto.
Na życzenie dostaliśmy do pokoju lodówkę bez dopłaty.
Windy działały bez zarzutu.

Cons:

Ciasny pokój - brakuje miejsca na swobodne rozłożenie dwóch walizek. Po rozłożeniu walizki nie da się otworzyć szafy, która i tak jest miniaturowa.
Po wymeldowaniu chcieliśmy zostawić walizki na kilka godzin - jest za to dodatkowa opłata 5$ za sztukę.

Great location and service
Pros:

Great experience at Best Western Premier! It was easy to leave our baggage for the day when we arrived and when we left (for $5 per bag). We had Misba help us with our bags and was super quick and friendly. And Mina helped us at the desk multiple times. This is a great location that is close to a lot of food and easy subway stations

Un bon séjour qui nous as permis de nous reposer pour profiter pleinement de cette ville de New York.
Pros:

Le personnel est a l’écoute et réactif notamment Misba qui a dépanné rapidement pour un soucis de Machine.
Des chambres propres, Hôtel silencieux.

Cons:

La seule chose que je pourrai mettre c’est la largeur des lits …C’est bien indiqué que la largeur est entre 131 -150 cm mais un lit de 160 cm devrait être strictement le minimum.

Pros:

Location is excellent, staff hospitality is exceptional . Special mention of Laxmi and Misbah . They both were extremely cordial and helpful .

Cons:

There is no proper restaurant. So after 11 Am no food is available. No in room dining also .

The perfect base to explore New York! A good comfortable hotel with excellent reception staff
Pros:

An absolute gem in the heart of mid Manhattan, the perfect location to get easy and convenient travel to the other areas of New York. The Herald Square subway is only a couple of minutes walk away and is a main station in the network making travel around the city very easy. Very helpful and friendly staff at the hotel. Plenty of great quality restaurants nearby including The Keg Room which is opposite the hotel and Keens Steakhouse, which is an absolute MUST....

Cons:

On arrival, we noticed there was no soap in our bathroom and no tea bags. On asking the following morning, this was provided instantly by the reception staff. The room was serviced intermittently through the week but it was just annoying we had to keep asking for tea bags or a top up on the shower gel throughout the week, which is not the fault of the reception staff, but the housekeepers.

Hôtel très propre et très confortable, bien situé. Si je dois parler du négatif, les chambres qui donnent sur la grande avenue peuvent être très bruyante, certaines nuits (samedi), de plus Je trouve ça très dommage de demander aux clients qui ont passé une semaine dans l’hôtel de payer si on veut laisser nos valises à l’accueil quelques heures le jour du départ
