נתחיל בזה שהמלון חייב אותי פעמיים על השהות, למרות שאמרתי להם שבוקינג כבר חייבו אותי הם התעקשו שזה לא נכון. הראיתי להם חיוב באפליקציה ועדיין התעקשו שזה רק לשמירת ההזמנה ואני צריך לשלם להם במקום.
שילמתי, מסתבר שבאמת בוקינג חייבו אותי וגם הם וכשאמרתי להם את זה והראתי הוכחה, הפנו אותי לבוקינג.
רק שבאתי פעם נוספת ואמרתי שבוקינג לא ענו לי הם הודו שעשו טעות וביצעו החזר.
בנוסף לזה חייבו אותי בפיקדון פעמיים!! פעם נוספת אחרי שהות של יומיים במלון בלי שנתתי להם פרטי אשראי מה שהיה מוזר.
בנוסף צוות לא נחמד, לא מחייך, קריר מאוד.
חדר מיושן וסגנון מיושן, רעש מהרחוב, מקלחת לא נקייה כל כך.
היה נציג בקבלה שהיה ממש לא נעים.
לקחנו חדר גדול של 2 מיטות קווין, החדר היה חמוד אבל לא כזה גדול אפילו קטן יחסית לחדר של 2 מיטות נפרדות וגם מיטה לא נוחה.
הפלוס של המלון זה שהצוות ניקיון נחמדות, המיקום שקרוב לכל מיני מקומות מעניינים ושממול מסעדה כשרה מעולה.
הייתי ב4 מלונות בניו יורק - זה הכי פחות טוב וחוויה אפילו מבאסת.

We had a very upsetting experience at this hotel and feel completely dismissed by both staff and management.

During our stay, our young daughter was injured on the property when she was struck on the head. This was extremely distressing for us as parents. I notified the front desk staff that there was a crack in the ceiling, which struck our daughter. The crack was partially hidden behind a curtain and would not have been noticed otherwise. We reported this so the hotel could address a serious safety hazard.

Despite this, no one from the hotel has followed up or responded to our messages. Instead, management has refused to respond and is claiming the incident never occurred (Expedia agent notified me)—despite clear photo evidence. Being told that our child’s injury “did not happen” is unacceptable.

The most disappointing part is not only that a child was injured, but the complete lack of care, communication, and accountability afterward. We expected at minimum acknowledgment and concern for our child’s well-being. Instead, we were ignored.

We do not recommend this hotel, especially for families traveling with children. Safety and guest care should be a priority, and in our experience, they were not.

This is NOT your average Best Western (although we stay often at these hotels and have always been very pleased)!

Where shall I begin? This is a small boutique hotel operated by General Manager Gehad Abdelhamid and her very capable colleagues and family members. It is charming, spotlessly clean, and in a terrific midtown location . The room rates are very reasonable.

Most important to us as travelers is customer service. We make frequent visits to New York and have stayed in accommodations ranging from Air B & Bs to the Waldorf Astoria. None has provided service that matches this hotel. We were greeted professionally, courteously, and warmly. The hotel instantly became our “home away from home!” Ms. Abdelhamid explained that many of their guests are repeat visitors and the management prides itself on getting to know them and remembering their preferences so all will be ready for their arrival.

The rooms are well-sized for New York hotels and tastefully decorated. The bath has a roomy walk- in shower and new fixtures, and the bedding is luxurious. The facility contains an exercise room and a cozy dining room where breakfast can be
purchased and is made to order. Premium Joe’s Coffee is served, along with pastries delivered fresh from a bakery each morning.

Make a reservation the next time you plan to be in New York. You will see that my assessment is no exaggeration!

Amazing location. If you plan to use transit while youre here you need to consider this hotel. The staff is also fantastic, the rooms are tastefully appointed and the area around the hotel felt safe even late at night. I usually like to stay in different hotels when I visit a place but next ny trip were coming right back here.

Location

The location in Midtown is ideal for shopping and sightseeing. In close proximity to Penn Station, 5th Avenue, Empire State, and Times Square. The hotel is very clean, staff are very helpful, and the breakfast cafe is excellent. The rooms are clean, tidy and basic and great value for money. Everything you need after a full day out walking and sightseeing. The beds are clean, comfortable and the shower is hot. There is street noise, which is to be expected and didn't cause any issues. Close by is a Target for snacks and supplies, Joe's Pizza was excellent and there is a Five Guys on the next block. Lower Manhattan is a twenty minute subway ride away on the 1 line, Times Square a 15 minutes walk, which gets very busy on weekend evenings, but the atmosphere is great. If you go to the Staten Island Ferry Terminal, beware of the scammers in uniforms outside trying to sell tickets for a free ferry trip to Staten Island and back. They are very insistent. The ferry is good and the views fantastic of the New York skyline. If you want to see the skyline from above, the Top of the Rock is highly recommended with fantastic views of all Manhattan, and a great cafe. A great time.
