It was clean and updated
The staff was unfriendly no hello no help with room number or where it was or about breakfast . She was more interested in the two guys that showed up and she apparently knew.
The staff was really nice, had a very good stay and would definitely come back.
The cleaning service person got really nasty with my husband. Did not appreciate it.
This was an awesome hotel, especially for being in a remote area. The grounds and room were spotless, the facility was quiet, and breakfast was well done. Kevin, who checked us in, was a total pro. Between this and the pizza from My Dad's Place, I'd totally go back to Dayton even if it wasn't on business.

Noise from other rooms, something I never noticed on previous stays. Coming down to breakfast at 8:30 and finding a spoonful of eggs, no Canadian bacon and no decaf coffee. 🙁
You would think that Best Western would have some type of business class internet. Wrong. Down load was 2. Upload was so slow it would not test it. We had a seminar online tonight. The internet was so low we could not attend the class. The hot water was not hot. I haven't seen that problem in years and year. The price of the Best Western in this location is higher than in many cities.
The room was clean and quiet. It could use more plugin for electronics. The staff was friendly.

Did NOT appreciate being sent this survey at 5 50 am. You woke up all of us and we had a long drive home today.
Staff was nice and TRIED to be helpful.
1) we did not get the king-sized bed that we paid for.
2) the bed was NOT comfortable.
3) the room was in need of a serious update.
4) likely the whole place needs updating.
They had a full breakfast, pool and fitness room
The breakfast had another hour to go and was out of almost everything, they cleaned up and stocked non perishables like napkins etc but not food.
It's a nice place to stay in a small town. It's right on the main highway in Dayton Washington. Beautiful Waterfall only 30 miles away
