Nice, comfortable.
Pros:

Great staff, great location. Cleanliness of room.

Cons:

Noise from other rooms, something I never noticed on previous stays. Coming down to breakfast at 8:30 and finding a spoonful of eggs, no Canadian bacon and no decaf coffee. 🙁

You will die before you can use the internet
Pros:

You would think that Best Western would have some type of business class internet. Wrong. Down load was 2. Upload was so slow it would not test it. We had a seminar online tonight. The internet was so low we could not attend the class. The hot water was not hot. I haven't seen that problem in years and year. The price of the Best Western in this location is higher than in many cities.

The room was clean and quiet. It could use more plugin for electronics. The staff was friendly.

Great stay!
Pros:

Delicious free breakfast, fun swimming pool and hot tub. Patio BBQ kitchen worked great for out Saturday night dinner. Helpful staff.

Needs updating...
Pros:

Staff was nice and TRIED to be helpful.

Cons:

1) we did not get the king-sized bed that we paid for.
2) the bed was NOT comfortable.
3) the room was in need of a serious update.
4) likely the whole place needs updating.

The staff was very nice, professional, and informative. I would recommend staying here.
Pros:

They had a full breakfast, pool and fitness room

Cons:

The breakfast had another hour to go and was out of almost everything, they cleaned up and stocked non perishables like napkins etc but not food.

Pros:

Breakfast was great even for my brother who has a peculiar diet. The staff were extraordinary and the room was clean, comfy, and had all the amenities I could wish for. There was no fridge freezer in the room, but the staff happily stowed our blue ice in a guest freezer downstairs, overnight. Very accommodating.

Pros:

Relaxing room in quiet location. One of the best Best Western Plus hotels I've stayed in. Everything is within walking distance. I'd stay here again over anything in nearby Walla Walla, which also has great hotels. It's just that Dayton is a quiet, small town.
