Terrible. Don’t stay here.
Pros:

Free breakfast was good, room was decent for the price. Night time staff was very friendly.

Cons:

Horrible management staff, Tasha was extremely rude and aggressive towards us. We were explaining our issue with the false advertising that a pool was available for our child after driving for hours in a car when it had been closed for months. My daughter was very upset and crying because we had promised her a reward to use the pool after a long drive and nobody had informed us upon booking that the pool was closed. When we explained our disappointment to Tasha she told us she’s not doing anything to resolve the issue or offer us anything to make up for the lack of information upon booking and instead to leave the hotel or she will call the police. Have never been treated with such disrespect at any hotel and we are frequent hotel goers and elite members at other hotel chains. Tasha also lied about the hotel being a part of the Hilton brand and refused to give us the name of the supervisor to discuss this issue or her terrible service. Would never stay here again.

Very disappointed with the staff at this particular hotel
Pros:

You advertise that you have a pool and then it is not working. Very disappointing. I will never stay here again and never refer friends and family to this hotel ever

Very pleasant, would stay again.
Pros:

The towels and bedding were so soft and the beds were very comfortable.

There was not alot of options for breakfast for someone with diabetes who needs more protein than carbs.

The building was very neat and clean and the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful.
Pros:

Breakfast was adequate and the location was perfect for our trip.
