Pros:

The staff has been friendly and courteous and welcomed me with a smile i will stay here anytime I am in Glendive.

Cons:

I didn't like the fact that I was always staying one night. I wish I was staying longer

Great place to stay coming out of a week of tent camping. Rooms are spacious and beds are very comfortable. Great value

Pool was closed but that wasn’t anything big for us.

Excellent stay in Glendive
Pros:

Super clean. Friendly staff. Great breakfast even without hot food options. Room was spacious, and the entire facility was nicely decorated. Perfect for a one-night stay.

Cons:

No place to charge devices on the right side of the bed.

I want my rebate that a booking .com agent promised me in a recorded call. I want to know where we stand on the refund

Nothing, it was dirty, it smelled, he said there is no hot tub available even though he advertises a hot tub, he said there is no working tv anymore , even though he advertises it. My children were very uncomfortable, there was rotten food in the fridge . Booking.com agent over the phone told me himself in a recorded call that I would get a rebate from booking .com directly, for having to spend an hour on the phone with them While I was 5000km from home with only my children. Booking.com agent also told me they would start the refund process if they didn’t hear back from the host but booking.com never gave me the rebate or called me back and completely failed me. And they still have the audacity to leave this listing up with false amenities listed that are actually not available, please keep in mind, I have spent thousands of dollars on booking.com and never ever not one time was an accommodation this bad, I have never not one time in my life given a bad review on an accommodation, but I have to draw the line somewhere, and this is it. I left this accommodation 10 to 15 mins after I got there and I chose to stay in the city motor motel over this dwelling, I paid for two nights in this dump and I stayed 10 mins

So he advertises that he has 3 ‘beds’.

He has 2 beds and a filthy mattress dumped on the floor of a filthy closet and he wanted my 12 year old to stay on a dirty mattress on the floor on my 16 day family vacation with my kids this is outrageous , again, not once ever have I complained, left a negative review, or asked for a rebate. We have to draw the line somewhere

Only wish my other stops had a Spark to spend the night. Great value, Excellent features.

Pros:

The room was nice and big and the bed and pillows were very comfy.

Cons:

There were two things that we thought a bit odd. 1. There was no coffee pot in the room to make coffee. 2. The toilet paper holder was in an awkward place - under the sink and far from the toilet. Other than those two things the room was very nice.

The hotel is a little run down and the breakfast wasn't great.
Pros:

Beds were comfortable, the staff was nice.

Cons:

The pool was not open, the microwave was missing its plate, the sink was clogged, and the breakfast wasn't great.

Wonderful
Pros:

Location and hotel were great. Staff was fantastic! We will stay there again for sure if we are in the area.

Cons:

I would have liked to see a couple of warm options for breakfast like scrambled eggs and a meat or an omelet. Overall though, it was enough and was good.

Pros:

There was a restaurant within walking distance. The hotel was located right off the Interstate.
Everything else was adequate but nothing was exceptional. When travelling across Montana, it's a good place to stop for the night.
