Absolutely wonderful
Pros:

Was fantastic, but had to leave early due to family emergency. Spoke to hotel , and they were wonderful, but said I have to go through booking . Com for the extra night we didn’t stay to be refunded. The hotel said they would have no problem doing so.

Pros:

The room was spacious and very clean when I arrived. The studio space had everything I could desire in a short stay kitchenette. I was able to start my day right with a light jog on the treadmill in the 24hr fitness center and grabbed a quick shower and bite to eat (complimentary breakfast w/ 24hr coffee) in time to be the first one at the office!

We had a pleasant time. Surpassed our expectations
Pros:

The facility and our room was very clean and updated. The staff was courteous.

Cons:

The elevator shook and was bumpy. Should definitely be fixed. Other guests were very loud and it was hard to sleep

We enjoyed the indoor pool. The children loved the fact they could take a dip no matter the weather

We will always love this location for friendly staff and location.

We frequent this location yearly for my daughter's birthday for convenience and the pool. Unfortunately; the pool was closed Saturday before our departure for maintenance. She was really bummed as it was her 13th Birthday

It was great and I would definitely stay again.

My microwave in my room didnt work so the desk let me use the one downstairs and gave me a soda for free to make up for it.
