A good value, nice people and comfy stay
Pros:

Big Room and bath. A very clean facility and welcoming staff. The receptionist gave me some good tips on restaurants and places to hike which were much appreciated. Great located just minutes from the entrance to the park and all there shops and restaurants.

Cons:

Breakfast was a bit of a let down (though at least it opens at 6:30, so good for those who are eager to get out early). But they had healthy options like yogurt & granola. Other than that, highly recommend.

The Hilton resort
Pros:

One of the highlights of my stay was the amazing service. Scott and Annette were especially helpful and made the experience even better. They were friendly, professional, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Their kindness and attention to detail really made us feel welcome.

Absolute Empfehlung trotz altbackener Zimmer
Pros:

Vom Personal in diesem Hotel könnten sich viele andere eine Scheibe abschneiden. Sehr freundlich und absolut aufmerksam. Die Lage des Hotels ist natürlich Top. Aber die Zimmer sind schon in die Jahre gekommen.

Cons:

Die Zimmer bräuchten dringend mal eine Renovierung.

Sehr gelungener Aufenthalt an einem wunderschönen Ort
Pros:

Gutes amerikanisches Frühstück, unglaublich schöne Lage, schönes sauberes Zimmer, guter Ausgangspunkt für sämtliche Aktivitäten im Zion Nationalpark, das Personal war extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit, viele gute Restaurants fußläufig zu erreichen.

Zoals altijd in een Hilton. Goede kamers met alle benodigde faciliteiten. Netjes en schoon. Goed ontbijt. Ruime keuze uit goede restaurants in onmiddellijke omgeving.

Cons:

(Verouderde) airconditioning in kamer was wat luidruchtig.

Zion Trip
Pros:

I would like to start by saying that Annette was phenomenal. She really went out of her way to make us feel welcome and to make sure we were taken care of. She is a great example of what excellent customer service should look like.

The only negative I had was that our room refrigerator froze everything we put in there and it didn’t look like there was a way to increase the temperature. So we were not able to use it like we would have liked to.

Great Stay
Pros:

I was in Springdale for the Zion Half Marathon and my stay at the Hampton Inn was great. The people at the front desk were always pleasant and very helpful. A special thanks goes out to Annette who was bustling around the food area ensuring people had what they needed. She is a true gem.

Excellent staff! Our most favourite stay in our holiday! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Shout out to Emily who ensured our check‑in was quick and easy. The location is excellent and incredibly scenic! Breakfast had a good variety of options. The room was clean, spacious, well‑maintained and comfortable.

Perfect experience
Pros:

The room is spacious and cozy. My husband did the Zion half Marathon, our hotel has the perfect location. He went outside at 6:30 and the shuttle bus was right there waiting for runners. We want to say thank you especially to Annette who served in the breakfast area. She was friendly and efficient to find things that we needed. We will definitely come back next time when we are lucky enough to get the permit for Angel’s landing:)
