Emily at the front desk made us feel at home.

Pros:

Beautiful, clean hotel. Quiet atmosphere. Friendly and helpful staff. Details are added that are lovely like 24 hour coffee and tea but also a hot chocolate bar with add ins and then at 5pm daily, cookies. Breakfast was good and hot and 2 staff out keeping everything fresh and replenished. I ate breakfast with a beautiful view.

Pros:

The hotel is comfortable enough but I’d like to particularly thank Annette for the breakfast. She was warm and friendly and the food was freshly prepared. She went out of her way to assure we had a pleasant breakfast.

Pros:

Super goede bedden, de locatie is zeer mooi gelegen en prima voor een start in Zion Park, slecht 2 min van de ingang van het Park.

Cons:

Ontbijt was wel prima maar plastic boordjes en bestek en kleine kartonnen boordjes is echt een groot min punt, zeker omdat verder alles prima verzorgd is.

We were extremely pleased with Hampton's service and enjoyed our stay at Hotel de Novo.
Pros:

Hampton was overbooked so they called us the day before and transferred us to Hotel de Novo another Hilton property. The new hotel was fantastic and better than the Hampton. Hampton paid for the upgraded rate. We were happy with Hampton's service and thrilled with the upgrade to the nicer property.

No complaints.
