It's the little things, when we checked in around 16:15, the floor in the checkin area was freshly mopped....... then returing from supper around 20:30, again the floor was freshly mopped. On top of a refreshingly clean room, this was the cherry on top. This place is taken care of, and cared for as if it is their own, and it shows. Will return when back in town.

I hope all is well with you and your family.


My name is Sheldon Gonzales, Room 319, from the 9th September to the 14th of September 2025.


Firstly, I must say, the chef/s was/were wonderful, the facilities was nice, the staff that we interacted with, were pleasant and professional.


The issues I had/having are as follows :


1/  I am seeing three charges on my credit card for the same reservation. I paid online through Booking.Com but yet I see a charge from the hotel and also a pending charge on my credit card.

(Please have that resolved immediately.) An email will be appreciated from you for me to send to my bank to have the charges reversed is an option before close of business today. I appreciate your prompt response to this matter.


2/ The room service first day experience (was as expected), wonderful.

The second day we realized that the beds were not made up and room was not vacuumed properly as we found a red pill on the floor, items behind the television stand and bits and pieces of "stuff", behind the curtains on the floor.

We also had to go down to the front desk and ask for additional towels as the quota for three persons were scaled down to facilitate two persons.


3/ We were given the assurance that the room would have been thoroughly cleaned and the right quota of linens provided.

Unfortunately that assurance was not fulfilled. The room was not throughly cleaned and the condition of the towels leaves a lot to be desired.


4/ The absolute worst was the last night, Saturday 13th.

When we returned that evening, we were appalled to find the room in the state it was in. No one cleaned the room. There were no clean anything in the room.

 We had to come down to the desk to get the quota of clean towels for the room.


That experience was totally not acceptable.

Great king bed with four long good pillows, fluffy bath towels, nice shower, good climate control in room. Very good selection for breakfast. TV's are pretty tiny though. Could bump them up a size or two. Overall stay very good. And good price. I will definitely stay again.

Not a good stay!
Pros:

Previously I loved this hotel but my stay this time was extremely disappointing therefore I cannot think of anything I liked.

Cons:

I got no sleep. I was in a ground floor room and throughout the night until about 3:00 am there were slamming doors which would wake me up just as I was falling asleep. It was an awful night!

Pros:

TV in main room didnt work.
Lettering on Body wash, Shampoo and Condotioner in shower was very difficult to read unless yiu have oerfect vision.
