Like a Stay at Fawlty Towers
Cons:

My wife and I stayed 6 nights in June 2026 in a King bed room. The room was prepaid. After the first night we had to change rooms because the thermostat in the shower was malfunctioning and water wasn't hot enough. The maintenance man could not repair it. We were asked to pack our bags and leave them in reception at 7am. We did so. Reception said the alternate room was occupied but would be prioritized for cleaning after check out time, which was midday.

Next day, the weather became inclement and we returned to the hotel around 1.30pm. We had to wait in reception for several hours until late afternoon because we were advised our room was not ready. Housekeeping told us that was because the occupants were permitted to overstay after check out by a significant amount of time. When we voiced our displeasure at reception, the young lady was unfazed and was argumentative. Her male colleague yelled loudly across the foyer " If you want good service, go downtown and pay $700". Other customers within earshot were as stunned as we were. In response to a plea to provide customer service he said " That went out in the US 10 years ago." He was very aggressive and rude.

We voiced our displeasure to the Manager in writing and sought apologies for the staff behaviour. Having stayed in hundreds of hotels around the world over 35 years we have not encountered the likes of it. The Manager did not see fit to respond, which suggests he either didn't care, or condone such behaviour. It really was like staying at Fawlty Towers.

We would recommend staying elsewhere.

In the end, we had everything we needed for our stay but will find another hotel in the future.
Pros:

Good location near the Bozeman Sports Complex... 8 minutes away. Close to restaurants and big box stores like Target and Costco for any amenities you may need. Very friendly staff. Room was a good size and had all necessary items. Bed and pillows were pretty good.

Cons:

The entire hotel needs some TLC, and was overall very worn. Breakfast was basic and the equipment was old (lid fell off the oatmeal and other hot food.) Had to put down our own chairs for breakfast one morning, and the coffee was completely out in all areas within the first hour on another morning as if someone didn't show up for their shift. It happens.

Don’t stay here

It’s rated 5 star. It’s nothing close to that.

Beds are hard, blackout curtains are ripped up, couch is very worn, elevator and hallway dirty, housekeeping is terrible. The staff complained about housekeeping so it’s an ongoing problem.

Very poor given the high price. Would not recommend this place

Cons:

Curtains that are just for looking at but do NOT close so the sun wakes you at 4am. Door card readers that don't work and it took 4 trips to reception and staff coming to the room to issue new cards. Breakfast is buffet style and when we arrived around 8.30am most tables needed wiping. The selection of food was poor as was what was left.all served on paper plates with plastic cutlery. Not great for the planet. I had a mini muffin and the last pot of yoghurt and hubby had scrambled eggs with a pale muffin. As we were leaving I saw one member of staff bring more eggs out.

Pros:

We did have trouble finding someone at the front desk when we arrive very late ~2 AM. However, the front desk staff were very helpful overall. The beds are comfortable and the showers are hot. Breakfast was also good. Recommend it.

Pros:

The front desk staff was welcoming and helpful. Emma and another girl readily offered up hiking spots for our pups! We had a very enjoyable time there.

There really isn't anything. It was very conveniently located.
